The hotel was very comfortable, rooms nice and clean wit a great bathroom. We ate dinner in the restaurant and bar, the food was good and waitress very friendly.

Did not like the fact that the hotel advertised its convenient shuttle bus to airport. We waited close to 40 minutes at 6am in the freezing cold for the bus which was supposed to be there every 10-15 minutes. Also the bus dropped us off in the airport car park and we had to walk 15 minutes in the freezing cold to get to the terminal. Sorry but this is a deal breaker, will not stay here again as a result!

We had three executive king rooms. They were well worth the money we paid. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the bathroom was great. Service to and from the airport was fast and efficient. It was a great hotel to stay in before a long flight home.

The hotel was amazing! The staff were a little interesting. We checked in late (late flight from Edinburgh) and I wanted to check out the breakfast area for the next morning. I was abruptly stopped by an employee and told to not walk the hallway next to the breakfast area. The host at the Italian restaurant was a bit abrupt as well. It was no big deal, but just didn't expect that since we found the people of Dublin very friendly our entire trip.

Location was excellent. Lots of choices for meals.

There were six young children - very rude and disrespectful, playing in the elevators (refusing to let adults on; riding up and down, etc.) and running in the corridors. They were yelling and upsetting furniture in the elevator area. When I brought this to the attention of the girl at the desk, a man came out and said, "yes we know, they are leaving tomorrow .... nothing we can do". I found this response to be dismissive and irresponsible. For this lack of responsibility, I would hesitate to book this property again.

It's a great hotel with a great restaurant. I had an amazing time there and it was so delicious. The airport shuttle is excellent.

The staff wasn't really there. I wish I could check in with someone cause I would've had the opportunity to ask for the schedule for the shuttle. I had a very early flight and needed to be there at 4 am. So I wanted to get as much sleep as possible but also don't want to be late. I tried to find a schedule online finding that it goes every 20 min but when does the 20 min start? I didn't want to be late by 2 minutes for example and then needing to wait 18 minutes for the next one. That would've been wasted sleep. I tried to call the reception at 7 pm with no one picking up. Tried it 3 times. Long story short if you make people check in at the self checking them please provide some information in the room. Just to have peace of mind.

Breakfast was fine. Yogurt brilliant. Should you let sliced pan in the Building? Such bread should some day I hope soon never be made in the world again. Just a suggestion, which may require some walking milk jog on each table. Some folks need extra milk on cereal or may need a touch more milk to drink tea in a rush cool her down. I had wonderful suppers in restaurant. service was calm and all in good time. When one eats alone in a restaurant and waiters know their job and share a word or two and tucker tastes well, one does not feel alone. Grateful. Hope to stay again soon. Don't forget if some jazz musicians are in touch gind spots for them..ieven if it's a mattress in car park. Hurrah! Fight with all your gutless might Twirl. Patrick x

I did not have the opportunity to check-in beforehand online. Karen at reception looked after us. She had us booked in promptly and our car parking sorted very quickly. Had a pizza in the restaurant, and it was delicious. We would have eaten there on more occasions if there was a wider menu to include more than Italian cuisine.

For car parking, I would like to see the spaces closest to the lifts to reception reserved for guests, who would be going back-and-forth a lot throughout their stay the day with shopping etc. I noticed a lot of spaces taken up where the cars were never moved from their spot for the three days I was using the car park. Long stay park-and-ride to the airport should use spaces further from the reception lifts. Although outside of the hotels control, it is such a pity the amount of litter on the streets in the vicinity. Perhaps the hotel, along with the Holiday Inn next door, could put pressure on the council to clean the area more frequently. This litter is what welcomes a lot of visitors to Dublin, and gives a dreadful impression.

This is the second time we have stayed here , as we have had a layover in Dublin before flying out to the states. Clayton hotel was Easy check in on line and collected key at kiosk, rooms are clean , tidy and comfortable. Food options are also amazing. And the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel really helped, drivers on the bus were very friendly. Communication between myself and the hotel was great, they responded to any messages straight away. During our lay over we met up with friends we have in Dublin we recommended the Clayton hotel to them also, and I do believe their stay was as comfortable as ours. Will definitely be back.

Everything was fab!

Excellent transport service with Shuttle Bus service, both to and fro. Check in was easy. Mr Prince at the desk was extremely helpful and guided and helped us with dinner option, despite our late arrival. Hotel is clean, spacious, lots of facilities and the food counter opposite the check in desk is extremely good, to get quick bit even in late hours. This was the hotel we chose as the one we wanted didn't have adequate rooms and on the hindsight that was blessing in disguise!! My wife who had stayed there previously did mention the standards have been maintained, which is brilliant. Water in the room was helpful. They also had a table fan!

Keep up then standards

The free shuttle bus (24/7) from airport to hotel and back is a great feature. I arrived at the bus pickup point after my flight at 3 AM, and the bus came in 10 minutes! Also, the online check-in is wonderful. I was already checked in when I arrived, followed the kiosk instructions and had my room key in a minute. I was only in the room itself for a few hours unfortunately, needing to get up and out in the morning. But it seemed comfortable, and I took an excellent shower. The hotel breakfast buffet fueled me well, and I had prepaid for that when booking, so my name was on the list at the restaurant, and I was immediately shown to a table. Altogether a fabulous experience.

Nothing.
