The hotel was very comfortable, rooms nice and clean wit a great bathroom. We ate dinner in the restaurant and bar, the food was good and waitress very friendly.

Did not like the fact that the hotel advertised its convenient shuttle bus to airport. We waited close to 40 minutes at 6am in the freezing cold for the bus which was supposed to be there every 10-15 minutes. Also the bus dropped us off in the airport car park and we had to walk 15 minutes in the freezing cold to get to the terminal. Sorry but this is a deal breaker, will not stay here again as a result!

Location was excellent. Lots of choices for meals.

There were six young children - very rude and disrespectful, playing in the elevators (refusing to let adults on; riding up and down, etc.) and running in the corridors. They were yelling and upsetting furniture in the elevator area. When I brought this to the attention of the girl at the desk, a man came out and said, "yes we know, they are leaving tomorrow .... nothing we can do". I found this response to be dismissive and irresponsible. For this lack of responsibility, I would hesitate to book this property again.

It's a great hotel with a great restaurant. I had an amazing time there and it was so delicious. The airport shuttle is excellent.

The staff wasn't really there. I wish I could check in with someone cause I would've had the opportunity to ask for the schedule for the shuttle. I had a very early flight and needed to be there at 4 am. So I wanted to get as much sleep as possible but also don't want to be late. I tried to find a schedule online finding that it goes every 20 min but when does the 20 min start? I didn't want to be late by 2 minutes for example and then needing to wait 18 minutes for the next one. That would've been wasted sleep. I tried to call the reception at 7 pm with no one picking up. Tried it 3 times. Long story short if you make people check in at the self checking them please provide some information in the room. Just to have peace of mind.

The breakfast was amazing and always well-stocked, even at the end of breakfast. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff friendly. The bartender Stephen was especially kind and made my son a sort of vitamin bomb tea to help him feel better since he caught a cold on our trip.

We didn't research well enough and didn't realize how secluded the hotel is, so we either had to take a taxi to Dublin (about €45 each way) or the free shuttle to the airport and then from there the bus into the city center or other cities (which was super inexpensive but also a long trip).

This is my go-to hotel for an overnight when going or returning from a flight and I use it for parking also. The parking is secure and good value. The hotel is very big and comfortable. The food is very good, I usually have dinner there. At times it can be pricey but if you can get it for a reasonable rate I highly recommend staying there. It is very relaxing and a free shuttle bus ride to the airport, they run about 2 times per hour so never a very long wait.

As much as I enjoy the food I thought the portions in the bar had gotten smaller from the last time I stayed so that could be improved. Price going up but plates getting smaller is not a great look.

The hotel is close to the airport with a regular bus shuttle and a huge car park. There's also a petrol station opposite if you need to return your rental car. The bar and restaurant were comfortable with friendly staff. Our room faced part of the car park and mostly fields so that it was quite quiet. It's good Clayton standard, although the hotel in the city is a little nicer in some details.

We were there on Easter and it was really busy and noisy in the hotel lobby and bar. We couldn't open the windows, as we were on the first floor and needed to switch on the AC at some point in the night. (I saw later that you can open the windows on all other floors.)

Even though lobby very busy during my 6pm check in, staff were friendly, patient & efficient when I missed something on my online check in, & needed their assistance. Lounge was also very busy, but staff were able to keep up with service, were attentive. The hotel areas I saw were very clean despite volume of guests. My room was very comfortable.

I wasn't aware of having to use room key card to open door to elevators, as well as need same key card to operate the actual elevator buttons. A great safety feature, but a little reminder of "just remember to use your key card in the doors and elevator" would have been helpful. Or maybe I missed that in my tired state! I also would have liked if breakfast was offered a tad earlier, like 5:45am for those early international flights requiring more airport check in time.

Really close to the airport, but I didn’t hear any planes at all! Shuttle was super easy to use and got us to the airport quickly. Everything was well kept and clean! The staff were helpful.

It’s far from the center of town. We went to explore on the day before our flight and saw that it was going to take us 1.5 hours by public transit to get back. We ended up getting a taxi. Just something to be aware of! Obviously, this is an airport hotel, so getting to the airport is the priority! For that it was perfect. Another thing is our room was also pretty warm. There was a fan provided, which I didn’t realize until it was too late.
