Queen & Melissa (receptionists at the hotel) were extremely warm and eager to help every time I came down to reception. I left my phone in the cab, they quickly reported the case to police, retrieved the number plate from security & in less than an hour, I had retrieved my phone. Thank you ladies. Allen was also very attentive at the reception, quick to serve & resolve any issues at hand. A big thank you!!!! to Allen, Melisa & Queen for making my stay so memorable.

Loved the location just 5mins walk to the Metro. Also the free breakfast was very good , nice selection and amazing Waffles ! plus its unlimited until 10.30am. Pool was nice even if a bit small Best bit were the amazing Staff very Friendly and helpful big shout out to Bar manager Yudi ! who was an awesome guy who gave my advice on the best ways to get around the city and on the Metro and what apps to use etc ! He is a great cocktail maker to so make sure you see him for the daily happy hour specials !! inc banging Mojio's!

Gym was poor and very small , only one machine and one bench ! expected better from a Hilton branch ! Pool area small and limited to just 6 loungers so you have to be quick out the blocks to snag one or go out when its over 40c when no one goes to the roof top lol !! Wifi was hot or miss and for someone reason every day about lunchtime it was no existent for while like it was being reset ! which is pain if like me you work remotely and rely on good internet ! TV channels to Arabic and no International channels apart from CNN

Perfect hotel in an ideal location! My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! The location is excellent – it’s close to a metro station, which makes it easy to reach all of Dubai’s main attractions such as Dubai Marina, JBR, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the old town. Many beautiful beaches are also nearby and easily accessible by bus 81 or taxi. The breakfast is diverse, rich, and very delicious – a perfect way to start the day. The front desk staff are extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. They go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The housekeeping team also does a fantastic job, cleaning the room thoroughly every day, which adds to the overall comfort. All in all, a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Dubai.

I would like to sincerely thank you for the exceptional hospitality and high-quality service during my stay in room 605. From the warm welcome to the excellent facilities—such as the breakfast buffet, health club, and swimming pool—everything exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the prompt response to requests. I also greatly appreciate the flexibility in allowing a late checkout due to my delayed flight.

Hotel parking requires concentration to reach it.

The staff are all welcoming and courteous plus they made sure that all our needs are met and that our stay is great. The hotel location is near to the Metro and Mall of Emirates. It is also convenient if you want to access Sheikh Zayed Road. A lot of restaurants and grocery stores are around the area and most of them caters up to around 3 am.

The parking entry is a bit tight for bigger vehicles like SUV or crossovers. The space for each vehicle is reasonable and the management placed rubbers in the walls to prevent scratches in your car if ever you hit the wall while turning.

The staff was GREAT , we would like to thank DEE for everything ! She is offering quality services + extra informations and as well we like very much that she smiles ! The location was good, very close to the tram station, restaurants and supermarkets ! Easy to access Al Barsha area from the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good, different things to choose from, very happy with that.

we do not speak Arabic , and the only inconvenience was that on the TV there are no English channels and as well no possibility to connect on my Netflix or other streaming platform, on the TV in the room but was not such a big deal !

I extended my stay, since I enjoyed it so much. Therefore, I will just copy what I already wrote in the second part of my booking: All the staff is super friendly, very helpful, kind and they always have a smile on their face. The location of the hotel is amazing. There is a metro station very close by, supermarkets and restaurants in the same street and the MOE is just one metro stop away. You could also walk, but that takes a little bit of time. In my opinion, al Barsha is the perfect location to explore the city, since you're basically in the middle of everything, plus it has a very authentic vibe. The hotel rooms are very nice, I like the design and they have a good size. The breakfast is good as well and I really liked the gym, which is open 24 hours. Thank you so much for the amazing time, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect experience at Hampton by Hilton Al Barsha! 🌟 From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this place is truly special. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind , any time we had a question or issue, they responded immediately and were always ready to assist. It’s rare to find such attentive service! The cleanliness is absolutely amazing, everything smells fresh and clean every single day. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned daily, and we always returned to a fresh and tidy space. And the breakfast… simply divine! Delicious, varied, and with a wide selection. There’s truly something for everyone , whether you’re craving local flavors or classic international dishes. If I could, I would go back in a heartbeat. I loved every single moment of my stay! ❤️ Highly recommended for anyone looking for perfect service, cleanliness, and comfort.

- Good staff, clean, near to city center, good breakfast. - No plastic bottle of water, but filer which I think better for ecology and I am glad for it - Location is quite ok, no beachfront but close to other beaches 5 min walk from metro -lots of grocery shops nearby some 24/7 which is comfortable. But there is no good restaurants nearby Overall I liked the place and stay, would recommend

- We booked one room for 2 ppl with separate beds, but somehow there is only one towel rack which is not comfortable at all. - No shuttle to beach which many other hotels have in Dubai. - no cotton pads which I think quite basic and essential

Great location in Al Barsha 1, just a short walk from MOE (Even during summer, at night time it was still within walking distance). It is also a 2-3 minute walk from Dubai Metro (Mashreq Metro Station) which can take you almost everywhere in Dubai. The hotel is situated near Laffah if you want a good shawarma and there are a few karak places around for karak tea. Me and my dad went to breakfast almost every morning, there was a good variety of both food and drink to choose from. The hotel rooms themselves were nice and big and the bathroom was clean. There was no noise as the windows were very good at blocking out any noise from cars/traffic. The staff were super friendly and helpful and there was a small coffee shop and sitting area in the lobby which was nice to sit and do work at.

Originally we were placed in a smoking room by mistake but this was quickly amended by Peter who was extremely helpful and ensured we got moved to a non smoking room ASAP. Peter apologised and understood our problem straight away and had us in a non smoking room in less than an hour from the request.
