Queen & Melissa (receptionists at the hotel) were extremely warm and eager to help every time I came down to reception. I left my phone in the cab, they quickly reported the case to police, retrieved the number plate from security & in less than an hour, I had retrieved my phone. Thank you ladies. Allen was also very attentive at the reception, quick to serve & resolve any issues at hand. A big thank you!!!! to Allen, Melisa & Queen for making my stay so memorable.

The staff was GREAT , we would like to thank DEE for everything ! She is offering quality services + extra informations and as well we like very much that she smiles ! The location was good, very close to the tram station, restaurants and supermarkets ! Easy to access Al Barsha area from the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good, different things to choose from, very happy with that.

we do not speak Arabic , and the only inconvenience was that on the TV there are no English channels and as well no possibility to connect on my Netflix or other streaming platform, on the TV in the room but was not such a big deal !

I extended my stay, since I enjoyed it so much. Therefore, I will just copy what I already wrote in the second part of my booking: All the staff is super friendly, very helpful, kind and they always have a smile on their face. The location of the hotel is amazing. There is a metro station very close by, supermarkets and restaurants in the same street and the MOE is just one metro stop away. You could also walk, but that takes a little bit of time. In my opinion, al Barsha is the perfect location to explore the city, since you're basically in the middle of everything, plus it has a very authentic vibe. The hotel rooms are very nice, I like the design and they have a good size. The breakfast is good as well and I really liked the gym, which is open 24 hours. Thank you so much for the amazing time, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

- Good staff, clean, near to city center, good breakfast. - No plastic bottle of water, but filer which I think better for ecology and I am glad for it - Location is quite ok, no beachfront but close to other beaches 5 min walk from metro -lots of grocery shops nearby some 24/7 which is comfortable. But there is no good restaurants nearby Overall I liked the place and stay, would recommend

- We booked one room for 2 ppl with separate beds, but somehow there is only one towel rack which is not comfortable at all. - No shuttle to beach which many other hotels have in Dubai. - no cotton pads which I think quite basic and essential

Great location in Al Barsha 1, just a short walk from MOE (Even during summer, at night time it was still within walking distance). It is also a 2-3 minute walk from Dubai Metro (Mashreq Metro Station) which can take you almost everywhere in Dubai. The hotel is situated near Laffah if you want a good shawarma and there are a few karak places around for karak tea. Me and my dad went to breakfast almost every morning, there was a good variety of both food and drink to choose from. The hotel rooms themselves were nice and big and the bathroom was clean. There was no noise as the windows were very good at blocking out any noise from cars/traffic. The staff were super friendly and helpful and there was a small coffee shop and sitting area in the lobby which was nice to sit and do work at.

Originally we were placed in a smoking room by mistake but this was quickly amended by Peter who was extremely helpful and ensured we got moved to a non smoking room ASAP. Peter apologised and understood our problem straight away and had us in a non smoking room in less than an hour from the request.

The location is great for visiting touristic objectives by metro, is very closed to the metro (5min walking - Market insurance station 33 - red line), has a pool on the terrace where you can spent your mornings, very clean hotel and they are providing a large & divers breakfast (included in the room price), the personal was nice, and also is very quiet. Around are a lot of supermarket from where you can buy souvenirs & sweets at the decent price, and some restaurants where the food is authentical, cheap and very good (across the hotel entrance). The beds are comfortable, and they have drapes & no noises so you can get the best sleep! Also very easy to find and very good location if you are visiting by metro/public transportation!

The room looks exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable and they provided 4 pillows. All in all, everything you'd expect in a hotel meant for business travellers.

Cleaning could be more thorough (there was dust on the bed headboard and the edge of the TV). Fridge wasn't cold enough and there was no button to adjust. Water pressure wasn't bad but could be better. TV is a smart TV but there was no Netflix or anything, only traditional channels, and only 1 or 2 of them being in English.

Great hotel with great staff. Comfortable and clean. Breakfast variety and quality was great!

It's a tiny personal issue but the extremely soft pillows gave us a slight pain in the neck.

We chose to stay in this hotel for 2 different occasions, as it is very close to the train station (about 5 minutes). Also, breakfast has multiple choices compared to other hotels. We liked the bed which is very big and that during the night there was no noise coming out from the street. We dont like to open AC during the night (because of the noise mostly)and we liked that the AC system has a fan also that will keep the temperature low enough to be able to sleepnin silence. The hotel has all the facilities you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.

We didn't like much the taste of the food because of the spices. As there are people coming from Europe too, I would recommend to have more food options for them too. Also, I would recommend more clothes hangers (we had just 3 for 2 people). We didn't like the stale air whenever we entered the room (maybe you can do something about it).
