Great location, clean and comfortable room, good facilites, most of the staff is polite and genuinely helpful.

We were offered some welcome drinks which we were waiting for for hours but did not arrived, decided to go out and not wait further. We were offered an apology and the welcome drinks on our way back. Also when enquired about the check-in time (14:00 on Booking.com and we end up waiting to be checked in at 15:00) the answer that we got from reception staff was that this is not set and is subject to “seasonal changes” which we did not feel that we really understood what it means. I believe that if any changes are made then the hours should be updated to reflect it to the potential hotel guests beforehand.

Nice modern hotel with some pro and cons. Our room was quite dark with side lake view thorough very narrow window. Also due to the working technical appliances outside (from the kitchen or so) was quite noisy during the night. Size of the room was good, really nice bathroom with huge bath tab. You may want to organize the spa inside your room as the hotel SPA is nice but VERY small. The pool is more decorative then can be use for swimming. Nice breakfast but the stuff is bit slow. Overall experience was good

Location is very central. Not on the lake ( on the other side of the road) but you can see the lake . Staff very helpful . Extremely clean and well appointed . Stylish , spacious and comfortable

Tv didn't work ! Lovely design but just unable to control from the bed do pretty useless really which was a bit disappointing as we just wanted to relax . Staff did their very best and were extremely helpful but weren't able to solve it . Couple of other glitches either the room too .

We had a beautful stay in the Campione Hotal, the room had a lovely lake view, the dining was excelent and the staff and managment were very nice, friendly and helpfull, we were greeted with some nice drinks when we booked in , the breakfast was amazing with a great choice of food over all a great short break.

We did not bring a car so it was a bit hard to get to from the train station your choice is taxi or bus from Lugano

Staff were very helpful abd nice from the check in till the check out. Every thing is clean. The location is perfect with the lake view. Even the service is the best i ever had specially with delivering the breakfast to the room. Thank you to every body in this hotel

The staff could of been more friendly, this was the most expensive hotel we have been to for our honeymoon and we have never done something like this before, they treated us quite poorly asking for room service and made it seem like it was a hassle

Everything!!! We returned this year as we were t last year as it was so good. The owner remembered us, which was lovely . The staff are so kind and helpful. The food at the restaurant was AMAZING!!! We stayed 3 nights and ate at their restaurant every night. While experience the best we’ve ever had on our many travels. Definitely will be making this hotel our stop every year

The wifi can be slow, this makes streaming movies on an evening difficult. Also, with the tv being in the glass it can make it quite difficult to hear unless you have the tv on loud. Maybe wire some speakers up to where the head board is so that it sounds clearer.

The manager was so accommodating for me and my fiancé. He really went the extra mile to make our baby moon special. The staff are so friendly and I was surprised they use a valet service so after a long evening I could ask if they would park our hire car for us. The view is spectacular and it’s 10 minutes from central Lugano.

There’s no gym and the breakfast is great, so we found it difficult to burn off the extra calories ;)

House keeping kept knocking doors & called to clean the room ,one day she asked to clean by 13:00 as the cleaner will not be available after ! Very strange from 5 stars hotel I also dont like bathtub & would like to have showers instead .
