It’s the perfect getaway in the perfect location just outside the city. The shuttle service is amazing as is the team.

Beautiful building and interior decorations - manages to remain welcoming and relaxing despite the grandeur; wonderful friendly staff who do not put a foot wrong and can’t do enough to help you; delicious breakfasts and delicious food down by the pool - pizzas fresh from the oven, salads, pasta etc.; in Fiesole but an easy walk down the hill to the Porta Romana or a shuttle service at key times

I love it! And will come back for an Autumn / Winter visit. An improvement for the pool in this impossibly hot summer would be to have some shade over the pool. The pool water was bath water warm and there was no respite from the sun while in the water

The villa is beautiful. The interior decor is stunning. Our room and bathroom were lovely. The rooftop terrace views are wonderful and the outdoor pool was a perfect temperature, even in March. A great location along with their shuttle bus into Florence, which was really convenient. The staff were fabulous and always there to help, truly 5 star service. Do remember you are in a 5 star hotel, the food and drinks are mouthwatering, in all ways 😊

The room could get hot and the aircon, though effective, was noisy. The indoor pool and spa area were smaller than expected. Very relaxing after a day out.

A haven in a little away from busy central Florence. Historic building with well looked after beauty. Friendly staff with personalised service. There are free car parking and shuttle service to centre of Florence. We went there for lunch a few times previously and that made us wanting to stay here this year.

Room was a slightly darker but with comfortable bed and facilities in room. Had amazing sleep. So you have to know how to enjoy this experience. OR ask one of friendly staff. Nothing else really.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The gardens and pool area are lovely and the architecture is stunning. The beds are very comfortable and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. Food and drink was excellent by the pool. We didn't eat in the main restaurant during our stay but the recommendations for restaurants in Florence that we were given by the hotel were superb.

Absolutely loved every single thing about the hotel but above all the service was exceptional. We stayed at another 5 star hotel in Florence but decided to stay here on our last night, wish we stayed here in the beginning. Bianca from reception really made us feel at home and super welcome. The pool was perfect temperature for the breezy Florence during our stay. Drinks were fantastic and the location is just close enough to the city that you still feel like you aren’t in the city but can get there in 7/8mins. Breakfast was an additional 40 Euro which we didn’t go for as we aren’t big heavy breakfast eaters. They provide a shuttle to the town between 9-12 and then again 4-9pm. I will most definitely be back, thank you Villa Cora team.

1- Great location in a clean green area that surrounded by peaceful superb neighborhoods. In Villa Cora, you feel you stay in a country side but at the same time you are very near to a beautiful charming city 2- Clean room and great house keeping 3- Great history awaits the guests when they find out the property was inhabited by the French Empress Eugenia (widow of Napoleon III) 4- Helpful, smiling, friendly staffs and they all speak English perfectly, the thing which makes communication very simple. From the shuttle chauffeur to the receptionists all are respectful to guests and guests’ cultures 5- Great free shuttle service between the property and city center during two operation periods (morning and evening)

1- Too expensive breakfast that costs € 40 per person. Breakfast package options were not available in booking.com while reserving and had to pay separately for the breakfast which was really overpriced 2- Outdated furniture (classic double room) that some not properly functioning such as cupboard doors. I believe renovation is required 3- Some essential items were not available in the room such as iron, iron board and electric kettle

Breakfast had a great choice held in the beautiful room.Pool area was very nice.

The classic room is not part of the Main Hotel,This needs to be clear when booking.It’s right beside hotel with excellent furniture,room on the small side.

Gorgeous old villa in a magical setting close to Downtown yet secluded. The added values that makes this property superlative is the staff. Attentive, polite yet charming they made my stay absolutely perfect. I am a disabled traveller with a service dog so I can be demanding at times, but in this case they really made sure I had all I needed before I even asked for it!

I wish I had spent more nights there.

Beautiful place with amazing historical background, the location is so quiet and they offer transportation to the center and back to the hotel for free. The place is amazing & the staff were friendly. The breakfast is good. I had dinner at Le Bistrot restaurant & the food was out standing & it was the best food I had in Italy not only Florence. The dishes were done by the chef Alessandro Liberatore & the deserts were done by the chef Loca Tendino & I was speechless regarding the taste & quality of the food. I love Florence & my stay in Villa Cora made love it more.
