the location was great, we walked downtown, and there are many good restaurants in the area 5-10 min walk. The rooms are comfy, water refill station is the best in the service

they don't have a free parking spot 70 dollars per night is too high. There is a public parking spot across the street. I believe in special prices for hotel guests would be great service.

Great room, great view, super comfy bed and a fabulous bathroom. Water bottles were provided to fill up from the ice/water machine on each floor which was excellent. I asked for a kettle and one was provided no problem. Breakfast was delicious with lots to choose from, everything you could want and more! The location is perfect, close to lots of shops and transport links, cheap quick and easy to use the BART to and from the airport. I visited SF for a concert at Oracle Park and it was just a 20 minute walk. Highly recommend.

Tiny niggle, it would have been lovely to have had larger towels

Breakfast was superb. The room was spacious for 4 people, and the beds were big enough for 2 adults. Location is also quite ok, close to major public transport junction and the famous tram service. Not close to the harbor or the beaches though.

This is a personal preference due to health issues but the mattresses and the pillows are too soft. Some people may like them this way of course. The hotel could not offer different, harder pillows, which is also ok, they do not have to. But if you have back pain like myself, beware of this. Our room was looking towards the side of the building where there is a big machine, possibly air conditioning and we were not on a so high floor. This machine made quite a lot of low frequency noise, and you hear it especially at night. So you might want to ask for a different side of the building or higher floors.

The room was amazing with views over the city. The staff at receiption were always helpful and very pleasant. The front of house team were helpful when we arrived with our luggage and were also accomdating when we checkout in arranging transport for us. The bed was very big and very comfortable. The Location was perfect for our trip, right at the heart of things in the City, walking distance from many things that we wanted to do. The hotel gave us vouchers for the market place which were useful and a discount for the restaurant.

The cost of the breakfast was somewhat high, even with the 15% discount voucher. The choice of breakfast items and the quality of the food was excellent, just felt the cost was too high.

We liked the room with a city view. The room was located away from the elevators, so perfectly quiet. There were three of us and we slept wonderfully in these super comfy beds. The lobby was also very well organised with lots of different seating options and furnished the way I like. We enjoyed the location, close to the BART station and within walking distance from a few attractions.

Maybe breakfast is too expensive, it could be less rich and included in the room fee. That’s why we didn’t get it and went out. There is a wide selection of restaurants serving breakfast and they are very good and not do expensive.

We had an amazing stay here for the our holiday. Getting in was a breeze, and our room was spotless with comfy beds. Needed a microwave? No sweat - they brought one up, no questions asked. Parking was ~$85 (valet), but San Francisco is not a cheap city, on the other hand, you can find plenty of parking nearby for ~$40 a day. The location is a top-notch - you've got cafes, restaurants, and shops right around the corner. Tram's nearby, Chinatown's a stone's throw away, and you can stroll to the waterfront in about 10 minutes. Oh, and there's a sweet park right across the street. Neighborhood's pretty chill and relatively safe. Just steer clear of the Tenderloin area (at least when we were there) and you'll be golden. This is a great place to stay.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous!

The way the elevators were set up with the key cards. If there were more than 3 people going to different floors, the panel would time out and erase everyone's inputs. This happened to me, and even though I was on the lowest floor out of the elevator of people, I had to ride all way up to the 12th floor before I could get off and wait for a while to get a ride back down to 3. If the waits for the elevators weren't as long as they are, it wouldn't have been bad, but I wasted a good 20 minutes trying to get to my room when all I needed to do was grab a sweater.

The location is very good, right in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and the hotel's surroundings are also very good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the shower water flow is also very strong. The room is equipped with cotton swabs, coffee drinks, etc., which is very meticulous. The hotel front desk is also very friendly. The hotel also provides guests with a 15 yuan coupon for the snack shop, which is very considerate. Because my family was sick temporarily, I needed to cancel the reservation. After sending an email to the hotel, I received a reply in time. Later, considering the situation of my family, I decided to continue to stay and increase the number of days. After the room cleaning service staff knew that my family was not feeling well, they immediately cleaned the room for us first, so as to reduce our waiting time during the room cleaning. Thank you very much. In short, everything is good.

Good location. Very nice room. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Thomas and Snow.

There is a $35 night destination fee. Which gets you exactly one bottle of water. Not each day, but just once no matter how long you stay. Of course I suppose you could always ask for another one, but as far as we could tell the biggest benefit you got for the $35 a night was a bottle of water. These kinds of hidden fees are insulting and should be illegal.

The hotel is in a very good location, near Union Square. Access to the SF Metro/BART and cable car/trolley is also very good and convenient. The same accessibility to grocery stores like Target or Trader Joe's. The small convenience store at the hotel is also very handy when in need of snacks/drinks or light bites.

Probably the lack of buffet breakfast options compared to other established hotels. But not a deal-breaker.
