Lovely spacious room, very comfortable beds, great location. Modern and attractive hotel. Great bar. friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of hot and cold options. Lovely outdoor rooftop pool and sauna/spa. Very close to Airport Express train.

Everything was great except pool/sauna prices were higher on the weekend making it too expensive. Its the same facility whether its mid week or week end so prices should be the same.

Advertised as having rooftop pool and you have to pay £35 for a 3 hour swim - you can’t go when you like you have to book and you cannot just pop up for a morning swim

Great location - central Stockholm, 200m signposted walk from the central railway station. Check-in staff were pleasant & helpful. Restaurant/buffet staff a little impersonal. Breakfast had a large variety of foods but was a little restricted by time - you could get an omelet but only if U ordered before 9am which seemed odd. It was also difficult to find plain milk while alternate milks were plentiful. The room was relatively spacious with a good shower & bath although half the light bulbs gave out during our last night. Given its location, I'd definitely stay here again.

There was nothing really to "dislike" but it is a large hotel & therefore a little impersonal at times - very busy entrance area as it overlapped with the elevators, the restaurant/bar, the main toilets & luggage storage room. It was often a bit of a struggle to move through this area at times. Pillows were too soft with very little head support though this seems to be a European quirk rather than unique to this hotel.

RECEPTION We called for maintenance of our room's heater and the reception response was prompt. Reception staff is always friendly. MAINTENANCE The maintenance chap who came for servicing provided good information of the heater system & even introduced us to various interesting places in Sweden as well as info on the seasonal aspects. Heater issue was efficient resolved and we were even given portable heater on standby. RESTAURANT Breakfast at the restaurant is a very pleasant experience with a super friendly and all smiles male waiter. Omelette station lady chef is also our family favourite with her friendly smile and delicious fluffy omelette. ACCESSIBILITY & AMENITIES Hotel is of walking distance right outside Arlanda express station. Shopping area, cafes, restaurants all within maximum 15 mins walk, alot of convenient authethic Asian food, fastfood, Swedish local food within reach. A 7-Eleven just behind the hotel adds to the convenience in case of hunger pangs. A very well situated hotel in the middle of all.

Our rooms are quite a long walk from the lift. But definitely not a deal breaker. The mini fridge was all filled and we need to adjust a bit of space to fit in our own drink. Not enough clothes hangers in family room

Everything about the hotel itself was excellent. Room was lovely, comfy, clean, great bathroom thought it was a little basic, breakfast variety and quality was excellent. The restaurant could have had more variety for lunch / dinner but quality was great. Special mention for the hotel staff who were the best I’ve ever come across.

Spa facilities were at a high extra cost. Pool was not really big enough for swimming - only lounging as it was also very warm. The position is a little exposed but a great view. A jacuzzi would be a nice addition.

The extensive buffet breakfast. The property was well located and near Stockholm central station with locals buses and trams nearby.

We had booked a family room and the first room we were allocated was small and cramped and not what we expected from the photos on bookings.com. The staff addressed this and relocated us to another room, but not until the next day. Unfortunately we wasted a few hours of our time in negotiating with staff to be moved. Also the room was very dark with limited natural lighting and. with only 2x bed sides lights and one floor lamp. The room is screaming out for more lighting.

Breakfast had a great arrangement of food. Allergens were fairly well labelled although there were a few instances where it could have been better (e.g the breads). Small request, but it is always nice if there is a non nut chocolate spread. Staff were very quick to clear tables. A little too quick, several times I had items taken away that I wasn't finished with! Gym was well equipped and clean. Room was nice and quiet. Also very good size despite being the compact version.

Room lights were a little dim. Milk would have been nice for the tea in the room.

I had an absolutely perfect stay at the Clarion Hotel Sign! The location is unbeatable—right in the center, with all the major attractions within walking distance and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was superbly furnished and provided every comfort you could wish for. The air conditioning was a great bonus, and thanks to the excellent soundproofing, it was incredibly quiet, ensuring a restful night. The elevators with different music themes were a lot of fun and added a unique touch to the experience. The breakfast buffet was by far the best I've ever had—an extensive selection of fresh and delicious food. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Plus, the train station is just around the corner. I highly recommend the Clarion Hotel Sign!

breakfast was great. one of the best things about the hotel!

1. room would not have been cool enough AT ALL if there did not happen to be a fan in our room !! room temperature was way too warm and there was no way to even open a window !! 2. bathroom floor was flooded with water after using the shower, AND the floor tile was extremely slippery! 3. there is a nice roof top deck and ”bar”, but all it had was basically beer and wine… A _full bar_ with a skilled bartender woild have been much nicer!! Also, this area closed too early! it should be open later, especially in summertime !!!

I LIKED THE GINGER SHOTS THAT WERE SERVED BY THE TALL GUY IN A SUIT I LOVED THAT WE COULD ORDER OUR EGGS THE WAY WE WANT THEM AND THE CHEF MAKES THEM IN FRONT OF US...OTHER HOTELS SHOULD COPY THAT, I LIKE THAT THERE WERE TWO SIDES OF THE BUFFET I LIKED THAT THEY HAVE RITUALS SHOWER GEL AND SHAMPOO

THE ROOM SIZE WAS TOO LITTLE, ALSO I THINK ONCE YOU PAY SO MUCH FOR THE ROOM YOU SHOULD HAVE FREE ACCESS TO THE POOL AS WELL...MAKING US PAY FOR MORE IS A BIT GREEDY
