Lovely spacious room, very comfortable beds, great location. Modern and attractive hotel. Great bar. friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with lots of hot and cold options. Lovely outdoor rooftop pool and sauna/spa. Very close to Airport Express train.

Everything was great except pool/sauna prices were higher on the weekend making it too expensive. Its the same facility whether its mid week or week end so prices should be the same.

Our room on the 10th floor was really quiet and had a super west facing view. Being able to open the window was a real bonus for some fresh air, but the air con was also there for some background air / cooling. Very comfortable beds and nicely furnished. The breakfast offerred enough choice for most, though the bread and rolls were stale and chewy. The location of the hotel is perfect being less than 10 minutes walk from T Centrallen the main transport hub of the city, inc the Arlanda express airport train, and about 25 mins walk to the old town or waterfront. It is a styish place and the staff are super helpful and friendly.

The bathroom in our room was tired and dated and getting in and out of the bathtub style shower awkward and hazardous. For anyone with mobility issues this might be a problem. There were also spots of black mould on the sealant, suggesting that a deep clean is needed. There are a lot of rooms and taking breakfast later on results in a pretty chaotic and busy atmosphere.

Advertised as having rooftop pool and you have to pay £35 for a 3 hour swim - you can’t go when you like you have to book and you cannot just pop up for a morning swim

I enjoyed the spacious family room and the excellent breakfast selection and location on the ground floor. I found the staff and manager extremely helpful and friendly. The manager gladly assisted in locating a package that was to be delivered to me and had been redirected. Made us feel well looked after.

I found the 2nd floor breakfast option well below the atmosphere and enjoyment of that of the ground floor. I found that the room clean only did the basic bed and towel replacement, floor clean and did not attend to touches such as restock the cups and tea. Further some towels are past their best days and very tired looking. Suprising for a hotel of the class.

Excellent breakfast selection

The breakfast selection exceeded expectations in both variety and quality. However, the scrambled eggs were disappointing, and most of the hot items—such as the bacon, beans, and eggs—were cold rather than hot. The room itself was spacious with interesting decor, but unfortunately, it lacked cleanliness; there was noticeable dust throughout, and the floor had visible marks, which detracted from the overall first impression. Additionally, several maintenance and design issues were present: the window did not lock properly, there was no full-size wardrobe (only a low unit that was not very practical), the curtains allowed light to pass through, and the bathroom lacked a walk-in shower (bathtub shower only).

We arrived after traveling for almost 24 hours. Front desk agent was very kind and welcoming. She was able to get us checked in prior to check-in time and it was very much appreciated. Location was great to take the train in the morning. We all had large suitcases and personal items and we had no issue because it was so close to the main station. There were three of us, and this was one of the few hotels with three beds in the room and that was a selling point for us.

No complaints. The hotel is quite large, so it could be a decent walk to the room, but this was totally fine to us. We did review the in room / restaurant, but didn't pursue as it was limited. We had Uber Eats deliver to the lobby and all was good.

The room was large for us, 2 beds and the bathroom is spacious. Towels was changed daily for us upon request. The breakfast was good, with selections of cut meats, cereal, breads and pastry. Juice, coffee and teas. Fresh fruits, nuts to choose from. We stayed for a week and there were times we were out earlier for our tour schedule and didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel as they start at 7am to 10am. But there’s bakeries and restaurants everywhere that we just grabbed quick ones on our way to wherever we go. The staff are awesome.

We loved our stay at this hotel. We were there for five days in mid June and then stayed there a week later after our trip to Lapland. It is a large hotel but has a lot of warmth. The staff was wonderful. It had an excellent breakfast. It is a very well organized hotel. For example when it became more fully booked, they opened an addition space to go have breakfast. The location was great, very close to public transportation and across from a nice park. On Wed evening, they have enjoyable low key entertainment at an outdoor bar on the 8th floor. I will stay there again if I return to Stockholm.

I wasn't crazy about meal choices for dinner at the restaurant but it was okay.

Great location - central Stockholm, 200m signposted walk from the central railway station. Check-in staff were pleasant & helpful. Restaurant/buffet staff a little impersonal. Breakfast had a large variety of foods but was a little restricted by time - you could get an omelet but only if U ordered before 9am which seemed odd. It was also difficult to find plain milk while alternate milks were plentiful. The room was relatively spacious with a good shower & bath although half the light bulbs gave out during our last night. Given its location, I'd definitely stay here again.

There was nothing really to "dislike" but it is a large hotel & therefore a little impersonal at times - very busy entrance area as it overlapped with the elevators, the restaurant/bar, the main toilets & luggage storage room. It was often a bit of a struggle to move through this area at times. Pillows were too soft with very little head support though this seems to be a European quirk rather than unique to this hotel.

RECEPTION We called for maintenance of our room's heater and the reception response was prompt. Reception staff is always friendly. MAINTENANCE The maintenance chap who came for servicing provided good information of the heater system & even introduced us to various interesting places in Sweden as well as info on the seasonal aspects. Heater issue was efficient resolved and we were even given portable heater on standby. RESTAURANT Breakfast at the restaurant is a very pleasant experience with a super friendly and all smiles male waiter. Omelette station lady chef is also our family favourite with her friendly smile and delicious fluffy omelette. ACCESSIBILITY & AMENITIES Hotel is of walking distance right outside Arlanda express station. Shopping area, cafes, restaurants all within maximum 15 mins walk, alot of convenient authethic Asian food, fastfood, Swedish local food within reach. A 7-Eleven just behind the hotel adds to the convenience in case of hunger pangs. A very well situated hotel in the middle of all.

Our rooms are quite a long walk from the lift. But definitely not a deal breaker. The mini fridge was all filled and we need to adjust a bit of space to fit in our own drink. Not enough clothes hangers in family room
