I booked a classic room to celebrate my birthday for some me time and the nice lady upgraded my room to the junior suite. It was such a nice gesture to make my day feel extra special. The hotel looks luxurious, visually appealing, clean and staff are all nice. The room they gave me was very spacious, clean, bed comfortable and loved the big bathroom with bathtub. The hotel had a lot of restaurants to choose from. We chose the Asian Restaurant and the serving was a lot for an affordable price. There was also a gym and pool. Pool is smaller compared to some hotels but not an issue for me, still enjoyed it.

The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. However, do note that the breakfast restaurant can get quite busy after 9 am, especially during peak holiday times.

Property was very nice and clean. Smelled lovely! Suite was huge! Pool was very nice. The staff were friendly. I was able to extend my stay so I wasn’t waiting at the airport for ages, which I was very grateful for.

The TV in our room was old - the bottom half of the screen looked grey when it was turned on! Pool got quite busy at times and felt small when crowded. I was disappointed that the room wasn’t tidied one day. We’d been out all day then got a knock on the door for housekeeping when we’d just got back at 4:30pm. I made sure that I called down when we were leaving every day after that!

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, and I want to especially highlight the exceptional service provided by Ms. Priyanka and Mr. Alex. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and consistently ensured that I was comfortable throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience. The overall quality of service at the hotel was excellent, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed place to stay.

Hours prior to our check-in, i got a call from Mr. Ali informing me that the 4-bedrooms suite room was apparently not available and they offer us a good compensation for it. Upon arrival, I was greeted by their manager, Ms. Anjela which was very professional and was offered an extra beds for free. I was greeted by Mr. Ali as well and was very welcoming and accommodating. When it comes to their service, I was very glad that when I requested for something they were gladly ready to help and provide our needs. I really had a great time staying here and for sure this is not the last. I will surely recommend this place to my friends.

The hotel offered a very high quality in things that matter (to me), such as in-room comfort (nice desk, comfortable bed, big bathroom, good coffee capsules, free water bottles, etc.), excellent breakfast (three rooms full of very tasty fare), and good restaurants (e.g., their Asian restaurant served excellent food). To get from this hotel to anything interesting in Qatar, a car is required as from almost anywhere in Doha. The distances and the traffic are quite manageable, though.

Getting a tax receipt took a lot of discussing with front desk staff and ultimately the manager before it was finally issued (what they could have done immediately in 2 minutes, took me several hours, including messages to and from Booking.com), complete waste of time. There is a 25% discount for IHG club members at the hotel restaurants, and for me this was not honored on my first two days, with the hotel manager just shrugging his shoulders in the end; not a satisfying management attitude, including a lack of follow-up throughout, in particular also on the earlier issue.

1- nothing major but the GPS and location tracker (directions via maps) kept taking us to the back entrance and this was annoying and made us reroute for a while to find the front entrance 2- the lobby and reception desks standard doesnt match the brand as i expected a better welcoming feeling
