The facilities were nice, very clean and modern. Our room was very spacious, which was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable, and they offer a pretty good breakfast. Great location, in the center.

The shower was poorly designed. The glass wall for the shower was a half-wall, which several hotels do, but this one did not go back far enough, so every time you showered the bathroom floor would get flooded. There was no drain on the bathroom floor to help get rid of the water either. Overall, we liked the hotel and would stay here again; this isn't a deal breaker, but it was inconvenient.

The room was fairly basic but comfortable. Nice bathroom with great shower. The communal area with the bar was very cosy and relaxing, and a nice place to spend time.

The room was fine but nowhere to place suitcases, so this ended up having to stay on the floor which is not ideal. There was quite a lot of noise from the street below and one night (Saturday) there was really loud music coming from somewhere nearby (nightclub or live concert somewhere?), this kept me awake between 2-4am

location was great, loved easy access to the market and the historical center, room size fantastic, we were three people and the additional bed basically got their own room with how it was laid out. staff was so friendly and helpful, felt very safe with doors and elevator to the rooms needing card access

the mattresses were a little weird in the rooms, the shower was a bit too small for the shower head and water was running everywhere. could have used a bit more windows and natural light. there was an italian family staying next door to us and their children would not stop banging against walls and jumping up and down the beds, it was rather disturbing first thing in the morning

Very good location in the center of porto, 5 minuets walk from the metro. The stuff was very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Windows block the noise from the outside. Close to the market and supermarkets. Lots of restaurants around

The bathroom was not clean and there was hair. The room is small, the sink is outside the bathroom next to the bed. Decoration of a cheap hostel. Too expensive for this kind of room. Breakfast was poor compairing to other Ibis hotels that I'v been in

The staff was absolutely wonderful and welcoming. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day and we really had not a single complaint. Furthermore breakfast offered plenty of options and was simply wonderful. This is a great place to stay at if you happen to plan a short city trip to Porto. Highly recommended.

There are two tiny elevators which may be a bit claustrophobic for those who are bothered by small narrow spaces.

The room was clean and comfortable and close enough to the centre and metro to be able to walk, without being noisy. Excellent, generous breakfast. I want to compliment the staff on their helpfulness, kindness and courtesy. Especially Tania. Very welcoming. Thank you.

It would have been nice to have a safe, a small fridge, wash cloths and tissue paper, but it is fine for the budget.

Brilliant hotel! :) The staff are so welcoming and helpful, they answered any queries we had and were able to change us to a twin room. Very friendly vibe, no problems with noise. Location is great too, everything within walking distance. Uber to the airport only cost 13€ and you can take the metro too.

The only awkward thing is the shower screen being quite small, it’s impossible not to get the bathroom floor wet.

Location is very convenient to see all the attractions. Close to the mercado do Bolhão and 3 supermarkets. Breakfast is served at 6:30 which is extremely convenient if you have more traveling early in the morning. Included scrambled and boiled eggs, pancakes machine, all the ingredients for a sandwich, cereal, etc. Rooms might be small but if you are the kind of traveler who needs the hotel just to sleep then it’s perfect and very clean. Very friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out.

The location was fantastic, 10min walk to the centre of Porto. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. We used the breakfast facilities on one of the mornings and it was really good value for money.

The room was very small and the sink is located in the bedroom area. We booked a standard double room and struggled with storage. There is nowhere to put your clothes apart from 4 hangers. There isn’t any room also for the luggage to be opened so you can access your things.

I appreciated how housekeeping maintained a consistently clean room. The sheets were fresh and not worn out. We had the ability to adjust the temperature without restrictions. Although the room was a bit small for two people, it was still comfortable. They go above and beyond with their security measures, ensuring that no unauthorized individuals can enter the building.
