As a Caribbean traveler, I appreciated the hotel’s proximity to the airport - only 15 minutes without traffic, or about 30 minutes during rush hours. The evening check-in counter staff was very courteous and helpful, making arrival smooth. While the hotel did not have a porter, a trolley was available to easily transport multiple bags to the upper floors. There was also the convenience of an on-site ATM. The room itself was well-equipped with a microwave and a generously sized refrigerator (larger than the mini fridges offered at many other hotels). I also liked the wall-mounted liquid soap, shampoo, and conditioner, a practical alternative to small bars and bottles. Another highlight was the 24-hour provision of tea and coffee in the lobby.

Breakfast could have offered more protein variety, such as bacon, ham, or cheese. The options were limited to eggs and sausages, alongside waffles, bread, bagels, yogurt, and three types of cereal. While the bathroom was clean, the tub itself could use an upgrade, as the drain area and edges showed noticeable rust.

Excellent location, room was spacious and the bed very comfortable, the room and the common areas were clean, the gym area nicely equipped for a small size gym, i really enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast was a big too monotonous, the same almost every day, the can have the eggs made in different styles everyday, probably change the potatoes to hashbrowns, change the sausages to ham and cheese or even beacon, have more variety of fruits, there is much more you can do with a few ingredients.

I liked that fact that the manager listend to my complaint and agreed with me. Breakfast was excellent, and the morning staff was very professional.

The evening staff need to be better they were young kids that need more training in customer service. They need to know that when a guest comes to visit it is not the guest job to ensure everyting in there room is working, it should be working when the guest check in due to the cleaning staff checking on these and report back to the front desk with is working and what is not working. The guest paid they should not have to do the staff job.

It was a pleasant experience. Probably the best accommodation we had during our stay in the USA. Everything was clean and well equipped for our needs. Despite it is near to the airport it was not as loud as we expected. The hotel has a laundry room which was super helpful for us. The downside is that there are only 1 washing machine and 1 dryer. We had to wait for our turn but at least we could wash our stuff. Staff was helpful. No problem during our stay.

It is not located in the best place, I mean it is not in the more fanciest part of Miami like Miami beach, but since we had a car Downtown/Bayside, Calle Ocho, Mimai beach was accessible with a short drive. There is a big Walmart close if you need something. The breakfast was not really good, few options basically waffles, potatoes, cereal, some bread, eggs and that is it.

I specifically booked the hotel because of the pool and gym. pool was under maintenance. and the weightlifting machine that was in the photos was non present. pretty annoying.

I almost liked everything, staff, facility, the area where the hotel is located is safe you can go to walk around at any time without any concerns .

The location , you need to have a car, not many close shopping centers or restaurants around that you can access by walking you need to have your car or to order uber. Moreover, breakfast , not many choices are available and its repetitive. otherwise all good.

As always very clean, very good stay I am a 100% windham fan. always looking to stay in a la Quinta or travelodge because I know some one has made sure that the place is clean and the installations well kept my sincere thanks to that department you are doing a great job I know windham purchased a large number of hotel chains very close to the time of the pandemic and I can only imagine the difficult times windham had to endure but they did not give up and neither will I ever stop being their fan and admirer Salut

Room was super spacious and modern, I loved the dove brand products and big bathroom mirror. Mini fridge and microwave were a great size. The bed plugs were ideal, so many options for charging.

Breakfast was very limited and super crowded, there needs to be more seating. There were no milk alternative options or dairy free yogurt. I did not like that every feature at the hotel felt for profit, like early check in...other hotels allow it if available and it's only an extra 2-3 hours you get once receiving the room. The $5 package change felt expensive for each, maybe an option of after the 2nd package there should be a fee would be nicer to the customers, instead the check in and check out page felt money hungry.

I stayed for one night because I was going to a concert. The room was big, it had a closet, coffee maker, fridge and microwave which is a plus. The bed was comfy and clean. Also the place has a 0 (cero) smoking policy which is a super plus for me because I hate the smell of cigarettes and weed.

I didn't liked that the tv in my room wasn't smart and there weren't that many channels to watch and a few times there's wasn't even signal. Also the fire detector alarm in my room went off in the morning scaring the soul out of my body.

The property was very comfortable and had all that we needed for a short stay! Shirley is the best! Reason why we returned twice within the 10 days! She did her very best to accommodate myself and my family! I love the fact there is an ice machine on every floor as well as a microwave in every room. Fantastic! The location is within walking distance to some shops! Really handy! Or use an Uber which isn’t that much since you are near to a lot of places. I love the fact they can accommodate pets! I didn’t have one but both animals and owners were well behaved.

It was a bit too dark. I wish it was lighter and change the carpet in the hallway. Would brighten things up!
