Fabulous, spacious apartment right next to the Tower of London. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Thames - -spectacular. Gym facility was well-appointed and clean. Like having a kitchen and separate washer/dryer. Felt very safe.

We wanted an apartment close to the Tower of London for personal reasons on this trip. It is in a touristy area and right on the Thames. If you are new to London and do not want to be in a touristy area, suggest one of the other Cheval properties. The Cheval Gloucester Park is one of our favorites.

The location and view is amazing. We have stayed here before and love it. The facilities are great, location - easy to get taxis from outside or walk to the tube. The best thing is the view!!

Having stayed here over the years, you can see where more work needs to be carried out as the apartments are starting to show signs of general wear and tear. Not really bad, but for example, marks on wall paper, wall paper cut out and new pieces put in, cracked tile in bathroom and kitchen work top. Small things but for the price of the apartment, these should be perfect.

I have stayed in many five-star hotels around the world, but this one truly stands out. Not only is it located near all the most beautiful tourist attractions, but it also offers a perfect blend of modern luxury and contemporary elegance. The atmosphere makes you feel both relaxed and indulged. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Room service was prompt and exceptionally professional. Overall, it was a remarkable experience that exceeded my expectations.

Best property in my experience in London so far! Staff ir kind and helpful, room is comfortable and has small details that make life better like milk in the fridge for a morning coffee. Location is superb! After three nights we wished wd could stay for another week or two. Will be back!

Friendly and efficient staff, very clean property throughout, excellent bed linen and a good mattress. The standard of cleaning is very high, detail to attention is excellent. I would really commend the cleaning staff here. Also the front desk staff are super friendly and very helpful.

The sound proofing is actually very good but we could hear the rubbish truck early in the morning - I think this was more to do with the positioning of our room rather than the standard of sound proofing as we've stayed here before and noise was not an issue at all. To be fair, I am extremely sensitive to noise so others may not be bothered at all by this.

We loved the location and how close the property was to restaurants and attractions. Beautifully maintained, super comfortable beds and we got 2 bedrooms with spectacular views.

The lobby is always very busy, with people coming and going. Would have preferred a bit more space and quieter.

I have stayed in numerous hotels in London on business and this is, by far, one of the nicest properties I have stayed in, I had an absolutely gorgeous, spacious, two bedroomed apartment, with views over the river to the Shard and TowerBridge. Every conceivable thing you would need for a comfortable stay is provided. The reception personnel could not have been lovelier. I regretted the fact that I could only stay a night, and I will definitely be back! SUCH a wonderful option if you are visiting London for an extended time and/or with family.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, including a balcony with table and 2 chairs for our morning coffee. Great location right on the Thames overlooking HMS Belfast. Good choice of cafes within a few feet of the hotel and bars and restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk. Everything about the building, corridors and room had a high-quality feel about it. Sound insulation was excellent. Our room was next to the elevator shaft and we could not hear the lift at all.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay during our short visit to the Cheval Three Quays! The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was so spacious and clean, and I loved the luxurious feel of every detail. This was hands down the best stay I had while in the UK for 2.5 weeks, and I truly wish we had just stayed here for the entire week we were in London. Such a convenient location and had a wonderful restaurant Coppa Club right around the corner!
