Fabulous, spacious apartment right next to the Tower of London. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Thames - -spectacular. Gym facility was well-appointed and clean. Like having a kitchen and separate washer/dryer. Felt very safe.

We wanted an apartment close to the Tower of London for personal reasons on this trip. It is in a touristy area and right on the Thames. If you are new to London and do not want to be in a touristy area, suggest one of the other Cheval properties. The Cheval Gloucester Park is one of our favorites.

Best property in my experience in London so far! Staff ir kind and helpful, room is comfortable and has small details that make life better like milk in the fridge for a morning coffee. Location is superb! After three nights we wished wd could stay for another week or two. Will be back!

We loved the location and how close the property was to restaurants and attractions. Beautifully maintained, super comfortable beds and we got 2 bedrooms with spectacular views.

The lobby is always very busy, with people coming and going. Would have preferred a bit more space and quieter.

Friendly and efficient staff, very clean property throughout, excellent bed linen and a good mattress. The standard of cleaning is very high, detail to attention is excellent. I would really commend the cleaning staff here. Also the front desk staff are super friendly and very helpful.

The sound proofing is actually very good but we could hear the rubbish truck early in the morning - I think this was more to do with the positioning of our room rather than the standard of sound proofing as we've stayed here before and noise was not an issue at all. To be fair, I am extremely sensitive to noise so others may not be bothered at all by this.

I have stayed in numerous hotels in London on business and this is, by far, one of the nicest properties I have stayed in, I had an absolutely gorgeous, spacious, two bedroomed apartment, with views over the river to the Shard and TowerBridge. Every conceivable thing you would need for a comfortable stay is provided. The reception personnel could not have been lovelier. I regretted the fact that I could only stay a night, and I will definitely be back! SUCH a wonderful option if you are visiting London for an extended time and/or with family.

Great location and views of the Thames river, London Bridge and other attractions. Apartment is great. Nice, clean, quiet, secure and very comfortable. Literally next to the Tower of London! Daily service of the apartment ie daily change of towels and cleaning of the toilets and kitchen.

Just very minor issue. When showering water leaks out onto the main toilet floor via the shower door and you end up with huge amount of water that need to be wiped using floor mat and other towels. Very annoying because you can't enjoy your hot shower when you know there will be a huge puddle of water outside. Maybe give the shower floor and walls proper cleaning. Apart from that we'll return again!

The apartment was exceptional and the best I have ever stayed in. The quality of everything, and I mean everything was top notch. The apartment we had had a river view which we were delighted with. It was brilliant watching the comings and goings on the river and it was so calming sitting watching through the window. It was right next door to the Tower of London five minute walk to the nearest Tube Tower Bridge.

Only had green tea and earl grey in the apartment! Luckily we took our own tea bags.

Absolutely beautiful with nearly everything you could want from a stay in an apartment. The river views were fantastic- we never bothered with the tv on an evening as the view was enough. Extremely quiet and relaxing. Lots of little extras- wasn’t expecting fresh milk to be topped up during the stay

Would have appreciated a milk pan and a baking tray - but we got by! The kitchen had nearly everything you could need
