Unit was very clean, comfortable, spacious, and excellent lighting in bathroom. Great value for money. The bed was comfortable.

The complex has a very steep driveway so parking is angled and not great if you have mobility issues and wanted to park up and go on foot exploring as there is a steep hill to get to your unit and had to take care in the rain. If carpark was full you would need to be good at reversing down a hill onto a busy road. Central location meant that road noise was an issue at night but the owners clearly acknowledged that by the provision of ear plugs in bathroom which was fantastic and helped eliminate this issue! Despite both points we would happily stay again.

Great service, warm and welcoming owners, tidy and clean studio apartment style room with all the extras, eg , microwave and stove top. Great pic quality on tv and overall, heating was great and it was never cold. Very quiet in the neighborhood with no traffic noise. very handy to the main street and to having Lonestar restaurant and bar across the street was a bonus.

Parking was a bit tight and not too much room to negotiate into limited spaces. The queen bed was uncomfortable and needed to have a quality mattress with hotel style topper-pad for a better nights sleep. That'll score high points in lots of reviews I'm sure.

Simple and hassle-free check-in, the room was immaculate and tidy, comfortable bed. The staff even cleaned my room and replenished supplies while I was out. Carparking was right outside my room. The host was amazing, and I was warmly welcomed on arrival, and offered great advice on sights to see! They even acknowledged that it was "O Week" at the University and provided ear plugs! Thoughtful of their guests' comfort. Easy to access restaurants, retail outlets, groceries & local sights. The spa bath was bliss!

Proximity, cleanliness, sky tv, had everything we needed and was big. We had a 1 BR unit which could sleep 6. Had lots of room and was right opposite restaurant, with many more within walking distance.

Bed was a bit bouncy but I didn't get a bad back so can't have been too bad. Had a good sleep but my preference would have been a harder mattress

The location is right in the town centre. There are many restaurants nearby and the malls are not far by walk. The motel manager was friendly and offered help to make our group to have a comfortable stay.

It’d be nice if there can be more parking available. We were arranged to park in another carpark beside the property where we had to walk up the slope after parking the car.

Good location - easy walk into town. Facilities all good - bed comfy, bathroom all you need, faultlessly clean, table to sit at, and kitchen had everything we needed. Altogether a pleasant stay.

Fully booked and parking was a bit stretched and we got an awkward spot, but not a drama. Shows how satisfactory everything was if that's all I can find to say was a negative

Cosy place right in town. Just a few minutes to walk to pub, restaurants. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we found very quiet considering it was right in the city. Great stay and such good value for a family of 5.

Kitchen and bathroom could use an update if you had to choose something but we really enjoyed our stay.

LOVED the spa bath, it was like being in my own wee pool. Although the jets weren’t powerful, the size was awesome. Sky movies in the living area and another tv in the bedroom. Very clean, comfy beds and hood pressure on the shower. The service was absolutely amazing and front of house (wish I could remember her name) was so friendly and welcoming. Loved my stay at Alexis!

There was nothing to not like about the property.

Cyril and Janelle were great hosts. The apartment was well fitted our.. Electric blankets on a comfortable bed, good panel heater, good kitchen and bathroom. We even had Sky to watch the rugby! It was close to town on George St.

Cannot think of anything..

I often stay on George St, but never here until now. I got a great price through Booking.com and expected a good average stay, but was pleasantly surprised by the presentation of the room. It was fresh and clean with beds for 5, a kitchenette and a generous sized bathroom. The shower pressure was good and it had all the Sky channels! Nice people. Convenient location. A free workout walking up the drive!

It doesn’t bother me but remember if you do stay near the city centre, there will be some night time noise. Liked that these guys provided ear plugs if it does bug you.
