Just on the middle of queenstown, very close to everything. The bed was great, facilities were amazing as well! Happy hour between 17-18 is awesome and they provide so many free stuff it was genuinely amazing experience We booked the place and called for parking space, they happily provided it (paid service) There are not many places to park so call and ask for one Would stay again!

Parking is under payment. 20$ a day.. I think the room is expensive enough to make the parking included.. Anyway, if not the parking there is some space for parking on the street but paid as well so, not many free options.

Appreciated the complimentary charcuterie and drinks during happy hour as well as snacks in our room. Location was super convenient, less than a 5 min walk to downtown Queenstown (great especially if you’re waiting for a seat at popular restaurants like Fergburger - just put your name down and chill at the hotel while you wait). Parking is limited but there is a public paid parking lot next door that is the same price as the hotel parking so it wasn’t difficult to find parking at all. Staff were kind and helpful. Room was clean and perfect for our one night stay.

The carpet and wallpaper were gorgeous. The happy hour in the lounge with the fire was a lovely treat. And how refreshing it was to have a few snacks and drinks in the room ‘included’ not tacky in room basket of snacks that have sat there for weeks as they are expensive and no one wants to buy scenario here. Even free soda in the fridge and fresh milk. Loved the hosts. The breakfast room was also really lovely with view of the remarkables.

Great little gem in the middle of Queenstown centre, located on the hill just close by the gondola, very quiet, with a homey vibe and walking distance to everything. Easy check in/check out experience, staff was very polite and attentive to guests needs, the fireplace in the common room a great addition to the cosy atmosphere, particularly in the late afternoon, where you could enjoy a very generous complementary happy hour alongside the other guests. The room was spotless clean, with a quirky decor and lots of complementary items including toiletry bag, bath salts and shower bomb (to add that extra touch of pampering) snacks, soft drinks and tea/coffee. The outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the Remarkables took the cake, as you could book it for yourself using the allocated time slots sheet. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Queenstown!

Loved the small, intimate setting. Room was comfortable and well appointed. Complimentary happy hour, sodas, and coffee/tea were nice touches. Luggage storage while away on the Milford Track was very convenient. Selected a time slot for the hot tub but it started raining so didn’t get a chance to use it. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Found a large live brown spider in the bathroom not long after checking in. Thankfully just the one and not sure where it came from. Otherwise, everything else was great.

I loved my stay at The Dairy Hotel. Firstly I booked it primarily due to the location, it was great. A short walk to town yet removed enough to be quiet. It is beautifully decorated, super clean, rooms were generous and well appointed. Happy hour was great too, lovely to relax in front of the fire with a local wine with the bonus of being able to socialise with other guests. and all the staff were lovely plus incredibly helpful. I can’t wait for my next stay.

Excellent location just steps from the cable car and the main streets. Beautifully decorated and comfortable and the free happy hour and minibar was such a nice touch. The staff was super accommodating with allowing us to leave our car onsite and letting us check in early.

It’s definitely not the most economical option in Queenstown, although we were happy to pay for a more luxurious experience. There are only 4 parking spaces on property so while we were lucky to grab one for our entire stay, had we not (they are first come first served), it would have added a lot of extra cost to park in a paid lot for several days.

The location was great, short walk to the city center. The room was wonderful and the lounge area provided a welcoming, warm, comfortable feeling.

For some reason, I was sent all the emails leading up to our stay and then they sent the door code to my husband's email. We arrived late off the Milford Track and my husbands phone was dead, mine was almost dead and it took some time standing in the cold to get hold of someone who could give us the code to the door. Not sure why they used my husband's email addresses as I was the one who made the booking.

Amazing service and the most looked after I think I've felt in a hotel ever. We were hiking so out of reception and returned later than expected due to weather. When we got back, we found our card had failed. Instead of kicking us to the curb and leaving us without a place to stay, they arranged for a self check in situation where we could square up payment in the morning, and went out of their way to provide a bottle of wine and extra snacks to make up for the fact we missed the free happy hour. I'm totally blown away and grateful to the team.

This comfortable guesthouse was perfectly positioned in Queenstown yet still quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was lovely and quite generous, the never-ending lolly bar was very welcome as was the free mini bar but the highlight was afternoon drinks - such a lovely opportunity to meet fellow guests over a wine or beer and delicious snacks. The staff are friendly and welcoming
