Staff are absolutely lovely, very accommodating for our special needs toddler and other children. Pool was exceptionally nice as per usual Best location ever for lively evening stroll to the lake and around the camp grounds exploring dinosaurs with the kids. When we arrived, the jug didn’t work, it tripped out the power to half the chalet but my partner was able to fix that until we were able to speak with staff the next morning, the gentleman who helped us was absolutely lovely and bought us a replacement jug straight away. We’re very appreciative for the fast response and fixing the problem :)

Everything about the place is excellent. The service is friendly, the facilities are super clean and well equipped. The pool hours are awesome - especially for families and its great that it's heated! All seasons is well looked after and a great place to stay. In all honesty it's been my favorite stay in the last few years! I will definitely be booking here again :) The fact that there were dinosaurs around is just an added bonus for my dino loving son!

Our unit that we stayed in was great. Plenty of room for us, great kitchen facilities and plenty of linen. I loved the 'cautionary' messages that reminded us to do things to enhance our stay (like closing the windows at night so the bugs don't get in).

Absolutely nothing to do with the property but it rained most of the time we were there which made our ability to enjoy the outdoor amenities limited. Thankfully, the indoor amenities did not disappoint.

It’s worth staying and the two bedroom self contained unit was more than enough for 4 adults and two kids. It was clean and safe

Loved our stay. The bathrooms were so clean which gave me peace of mind having my children use the facilities. My kids had the best time with the Bouncy Castle, Heated pool, Playground and enjoyed the whole experience with the dinosaurs. The staff are all so friendly and most importantly we felt safe - a real family vibe. We have stayed at many other places in Rotorua but this is by far the best for families with younger children.

This is an amazing stay for whānau. My kids keep asking to come back every day. Shared bathroom is very clean, rooms are very clean, and hospitality was top notch. Loads to do for all ages with 2 kids rooms that are clean and have loads of toys. The pool is outstanding.

Family friendly, loads of activities for kids in the kids cave, outdoor and the pool, plus exploring all the dinosaurs around the property too. Close to the airport, dairy up the road for quick grabs, fresh choice not too far either.

very comfy and homely camping home. Nice hot pool and spa. Shard bathrooms were right next door which was really convienient. And a communal kitchen as will as the kitchette in the unit

it could have been cleaner. Very little internet. Had to walk to reception to get phone message. As it was advertised with internet this was not good as we homeschool

There was a mistake with our reservation for a twin room so we were upgraded to a new, comfortable, 2 bedroom cabin with a full kitchen and private en suite for the same price ! We were wonderfully sheltered from Cyclone Gabrielle! The pool and hot tub are even covered by a glass dome and there's an indoor game room for families and kids. My stomack was upset and their little store didn't sell soup so the manager generously shared her own dinner with me !! ? The short walk to the lake was wonderfully peaceful and beautiful.

Loved the pool although would look gr8 with greenery inside an bit more colourful. More lighting needed.The spa was awesum after day out n about. Overall gr8 place for families gr8 value
