The most amazing location on the lake front. Loved the view from the apartment,

The property is tired didn’t like the look of the swimming pool or spa as need renovation. Carpets in apartment need replacing just felt a bit dated and tired .

We had an amazing view of the lake and the pool was perfect to dip in too cool down as it was quiet hot, the spa was perfect for us to relax in while looking at the beautiful lake view. The size of the 2 bedroom unit was just right for us. The bathroom perfect size. It is a bonus to have an oven in there too so we were able to grill out bacon in the morning for breakfast with again that beautiful view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay snd next time we visit we want to go kayaking as there are some at the complex too hire. Thank you

The place has so much potential. An upgrade in the rooms would bring it back to life as the carpet was worn and had that damp smell but we just opened up the doors for fresh air. The playground especially the tramp would look much better with out the safety net as it’s broken and makes the playground look rough looking. Walls are not sound proof so we could hear running in the next apartment as they were going in and out of their room, running right up too midnight and we ended up knocking on the wall and that was enough to stop what ever they were doing in there. I think some people need to be more mindful of others who stay in the complex.

The location was nice, right in front of the lake. We didin't have a lake view from the room, but we could just go outside. Big queen-sized beds and a kitchen. Very comfortable.

When we arrived at 4 pm, we went to the reception to check-in, but no one was there. We rang the bell, which we were supposed to do, but no answer. After 20 mins waiting around, a guy came out, probably sleeping, and asked us our name and ID, and gave us a key and told us our room was right there. No apology, no explanation of the facility, nothing. We had to ask other guests how to check-out early morning and also, they told us about the bugs problem at night. If we didn't know that, our room would have been covered with the bugs!

Your cleaning staff were just lovely, they are a credit to your business. Very friend, helpful and approachable. They do a great job of the rooms.

My only disappointment is that the pool was not usable, cold and not particularly clean looking and your whole business is let down by your untidy grounds. Weeds everywhere. Just showed general neglect all round which is a shame as the setting on the lakeside is beautiful. Had I not booked online and had just driven in on a whim, I probably wouldn't have stayed there as the place looked so neglected.

The motel unit was extremely clean, tidy, well equipped and organised. Good heat pump. Netflix. Beautiful location, with amazing views of the lake and surrounding area at the back of the motel. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of information provided. Parking close to the unit. Reading books and dvds available to borrow.

We were disappointed that the advertised pool and spa were cold and not clean. We were looking forward to using them, but were unable to, especially in winter. The outside garden and pool area could benefit from hiring a gardener to make it more attractive.

Being so close to the shoreline. Room was clean and tidy. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets if we needed them. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or outdoor spa pool - next time.

Being far from the city, but that's cause we had not been there before. Good fast food options on the way if you need a quick bite. Also the playground etc, could do with a mow and a bit of landscaping then it would be a great place to stay for a family.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom lakefront apartment. Absolutely beautiful veiw, great parking would highly recommend, I wish we stayed longer to make use of the spa and we saw we could have hired kayaks, will definitely book again for a weekend stay.

There is nothing wrong I could point out with Cedarwood, but our neighbour's kept walking in and out of their room, which was annoying

Good location at lakeside about 4 miles out of centre near the Airport . Helpful staff . Clean and comfortable accommodation in cabins at reasonable price . The complex is a bit dated and could be benefit from a refresh . Particularity the leasure facilities.

The Little swimming pool looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned for a long time and same for the hot tub which was a shame as would have been great to use either or both in the good weather . The whole open area and lawn in centre just looked scruffy .

Comfortable little studio. We enjoyed close proximity to Lake Rotorua, You can walk for some distance along the sandy beach and enjoy the birds. People were fishing from the little jetty when we arrived. The pool and spa were great. Appreciated the heat pump to keep us cool.

For those who like a soft bed, this one was quite firm. But otherwise nothing to complain about.

Thank you so much, it was perfect for us, my son had the best time, went kayaking for the first time, lake is very safe so we can relax, everything we could want. It’s on the list now on our wedding venue list, was my dad last holiday sadly and he loved it could just chill while we were busy. Thank you again.
