The room is very cozy and nice. It is exactly the same as photos in website. Room was very quite as well. We parked the car right in front of our room - very easy to go in & out. Kitchen is also very nice as well. We really loved everything there.

Location was not in the center, but only about 10min (or less) by car. As everybody needs a car to go around in NZ. it is not a criticla issue. To have something outside, we should drive cuz it's difficult to find nice restaurants nearby - there are couple of places, but we did not visit there.

A great spot for our family to spread out and we loved having a full kitchen and laundry. Comfortable rooms in a quiet spot away from the town. Close to Te Puia and only a short drive to the Redwoods Forest. Its slightly out of town which we appreciated.

You are close to the thermal park so does suffer a little from the sulphur smell but it really depends on which way the wind blows.

Very roomy, (2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and second toilet). Fully appointed kitchen. Beds comfortable, good selection of pillows. Centrally located, not far from most things.

Would have liked some milk in the fridge for a cup of tea. Couldn’t get the toaster to work, not sure what i was doing wrong. The washing machine was supposed to have a drying function but i couldn’t get it to work.

Both the property and staff were exceptional. Everything was clean and extremely well maintained with comfortable beds and furnishings. Our apartment was quiet and secure and within close proximity to shops, restaurants and attractions. The staff were so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

The only fault was the washer/dryer combo in the unit which made it difficult for families who may have one than one load needed to be done.

Excellent studio apartment! Everything appeared new and the apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location!. The TV was huge and latest model. The bed was SO comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The manager walked through the apartment with us during the check-in process and made sure we knew that the staff was always available if we needed anything

Your first greeting at the office makes you feel you have made the right decision. Then on from there you are shown to your room instead of , their's your room number and keys and left to it. The cleanliness of the room and glass and tiles that sparkel back at you , you know time has been spent cleaning not just a quick makeover.little things like, "Enjoy your stay and if their's anything you need ,just sing out. Thats welcoming to me.

Location close to downtown. Very spacious room and very clean. Had all the appointments you would expect and more. Check in will Tristan was very easy and she was very pleasant and professional. We could definitely have stayed another night over leaving for Taupo.

The driveway was a bit narrow for a larger car. Was not clear on the checkout procedure as no one was in the office when we ready to leave. Just left the keys inside.

Check in was easy with the host taking us to the room and showing us around. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable with bedding warm and cozy. Shower was amazing with so much water pressure and hot water being consistent (have stayed in places where the water goes hot and cold). Kitchen is very well set up allowing us to easily cook meals.

Washer / dryer cycle took HOURS! Separate dryer would be helpful so that you can wash more clothes. Also, a laundry basket to put your clothes in would be helpful.

A very nice location and easily accessiable! Parking was super easy. The unit was marvellous and great value for money! It had a great comfy bed along with a nice big bathroom. The lounge and dining area was spacious and very comfy! Overall we had an excellent stay and would stay here again! Staff were super friendly and very helpful!

Staff was very helpful, cheerful, couldn't do enough for you. We asked for coffee, and they ground it fresh for the plunger pot! Unit had spa, which we used one afternoon. Liked full bath with modern shower, as well as half bath ensuite. No problem sharing in the morning. Kitchen was well equipped. TV is cable or satellite with great selection of channels. Unit really clean. Parking right outside your door. No bugs!

We had small rental car so really no problem with slightly tight driveway. But a full sized SUV would need to be a little careful. Agree with comments about TV placement. Not sure why it's at the ceiling.
