The apartment was nice, had parking right outside. Easy to checkin/out as has a combination lock. Was quiet at night, and the bed was very large and comfortable. The kitchen was good, had a great little fridge with a seperate freezer. Everything was in the kitchen that we needed. The shower had good hot water and very strong water pressure. There was a bathroom upstairs as well as one downstairs, which was great. We would recommend this apartment.

Had some loud squeaks in the lounge/hall floor as well as on the stairs. The couch was not very comfortable, looks to be quite old.

Absolutely perfect for a couple or family, quiet location but still very close to everything you could possibly need. We loved that there was a washing machine, spa and complimentary bath salts. Manager was very quick to respond via text when we had questions. Clean, comfortable and has all the amenities you need.

Nothing, no dryer but clothes horse is so big it easily fits a whole load of washing.

Quiet, clean, warm, comfortable. Tastefully decorated, good ambience. Heat pump on both floors. Excellent lighting & water pressure. Double spa bath. Three doors from lakefront and magnificent shared walk/cycle path with uninterrupted view of the lake to the mountains. Easy, scenic walk to town and restaurants.

Couch was a bit tired and therefore not comfortable to sit on; also difficult to rise from.

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Check in details were clear and sent in good time

The washing machine instructions were inadequate and we couldn't use it. We've had no trouble elsewhere, so I don't think the fault lay with us. The electric blanket didn't work and both nights were chilly. On our second night the neighbours were very noisy from 9 pm until midnight, running appliances, talking loudly, door noise ....Then it started again at 4 am!!

The apartment was in a fantastic location near the Taupo city center - for our young family, this meant easy access to food, playgrounds, beaches, and activities. The apartment was clean, spacious, and there was good attention to detail regarding amenities. Instructions on how to access the property were communicated clearly, and the responsiveness of our host Cherri was excellent.

Beautiful set up, everything you need for a short weekend away. Access to my apartment was easy. Beds were comfy, bathroom products were a great choice and I loved the smell off them! Definitely will be back again.

The sky remote volume button was stuck to a high volume and couldn't turn it down but we didn't make much use of downstairs anyways.

The unit was well designed, on a duplex basis. Downstairs had kitchen/diner, comfortable seating, and a shower room & lavatory. Upstairs was a comfortable bedroom with a large spa bath and lavatory in the adjacent bathroom. There as a sun balcony. This was the best equipped unit in which I have stayed - Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, waste disposal, roasting oven, microwave etc + a good wash/drier. Even the washing powder was included. Good range of Sky Channels on the TV

The swimming pool was currently out of use after a leak

It was really cold when we got there and room 2s heat pump wasn’t very warm. Also although the fridge/ freezer light came on it didn’t actually work and all our food we put in the freezer defrosted!!

No advanced warning to let us know parking would be a problem, as they were painting the outside of the building. Work men were there each day with a hoist. Several times we had to park on the street. Pool was also out of action Fans in the bathroom are extremely noisy. No screens on windows so had to close them to avoid bugs.

All facilities were quality, the heated pool and spa were appreciated and the location was very quite.

The location is a little inconvenient, requiring us to drive to most activities, which we knew when we booked.
