After a substantial flight delay, I had to book somewhere overnight to accommodate people I was collecting from an international flight (the road home being closed overnight), so this was a super last minute booking. Everything was just outstanding. Fast communication, nothing was too much trouble, the room was spacious, spotless, super comfy, warm. Person-less check-in ideal due to unsociable hours - directions on how to access / check-in were very clear and the process was very straightforward. Highly recommend!

We liked it all. Possibly the only thing was a lack of a window in the second bedroom but that isn't something that can be altered and is probably evidence I live on a farm lol

Very comfortable beds, tea and coffee in the room (and even nespresso machine in the corridor), very helpful staff. We didn’t hear any street noise.

We didn’t look at the parking situation in details prior to drive to Wellington (we arrived at c. 7pm), and that was a mistake- most car parks close at night, or are completely full. A parking solution was suggested by the staff in one of the pre-check in emails, but we overlooked it: if you want peace of mind, I reckon it’s best to take it! The staff tried to assist us after hours, which was nice.

Great size apartment with a kitchen that suited us well. Easy instructions to get in and communication throughout was brilliant. Bed was super comfy and it was great having a lounge in our room. We stayed in room J. Good size balcony but the weather was not great so we didn’t use it. Water pressure was terrific and shampoos etc supplied. There’s a little coffee area outside in the hallway for guests which was a nice touch. Also extra toilet paper if needed. The office is at the end of the hall and they were super customer focused……even organised transport for us. Super stay and highly recommend.

This is now my default place to stay when visiting Wellington. The location is very central near the waterfront - ideal for tourism but a bit distant from the Beehive ecosystem if you're there on business - but it's a nice walk if the weather is OK. My "room" was a proper one-bedroom apartment with all amenities and a nice balcony. Everything worked and the bed was comfortable. You may complete a visit without ever seeing a member of staff but they are highly efficient. Big shout-out to the duty manager, who phoned to tell me I'd left a precious personal valuable behind when I checked out and did so quickly enough for me to pick it up before I left Wellington. Highly recommended.

No complaints at all, although the check-in procedure after 4pm involves multiple codes and steps which can feel a bit Mission Impossible if you're tired and in a hurry.

Our stay was great, we were greeted by friendly staff, given keys then left alone unless we needed help. Room was clean & comfortable with all amenities needed for a few nights stay. Couldn't ask for a better location, 2 minute walk to Te Papa & waterfront. Anywhere between 5 - 10 min walk to Restaurants, Bars, Supermarket, Convenience stores, Cable Car, Cuba St & Courtney Place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will be back. Definitely has our stamp of approval.

A heater in the bathroom could be a nice touch.

Great location, we went to a concert at the Michael Fowler Centre - easy walk We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, good size balcony and a city view, also has a view of the harbour reflecting off the building opposite. Comfortable beds and furniture Parking available over the road, we could see our car from the apartment and watched the car park being monitored by security service. Good communication I left something behind and was contacted quickly but I had already left the city-had to arrange posting back Great option to have pets stay as well

Vents needed cleaning Wear and tear evident Shower is tiny, for the size of the room Heater in bathroom didn’t work Frosted sticker over bathroom window had a biggish hole in it- effecting the privacy, as it looks onto the balcony.

Excellent service! Very friendly and helpful. Easy access, great communication. Welcoming note nice touch. Checking in was smooth .. nice and easy. :) Accommodation was perfect for 3, perfect weekend away to watch some rugby. Te Papa and Harborside Market 5 min walk. Supermarket , restaurants and takeaways. Easy to catch buses, even a nice walk to CBD. Reasonably priced, will stay again . Thank you Team!!

The apartment was lovely and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Nice to have such a spacious bathroom as well, and the addition of a 'shower bomb' was a nice touch. Brilliant to have a patio to sit outside, and the view was unimportant to us. We had everything we needed for one night (or a longer stay), and we were impressed to see there was even a clothes washer/dryer in the kitchen. All in a great location, and in handy walking distance to shopping, attractions, restaurants and bars. Also very quiet overnight. We parked across the road, and that was convenient and absolutely fine. I left a coat in the wardrobe and received a call from the lovely hotel manager shortly after we left. Most appreciated, thanks so much, Team! :)

I found the booking process "quite a lot" compared to anywhere else I have stayed. I feel that was mainly because we booked through Booking.com rather than direct with the property. So a lot of receiving the same emails multiple times, and again in the Booking.com app, etc. But got there in the end. Once received, the check-in process was easy and the instructions were clear, including parking across the road.

What a gem: we chose this hotel because it is one of the few dog-friendly hotels in Wellington and having just moved here, needed a place for a few nights with our dog. The staff are so nice and let us check in early when we came to drop our bags. The room was big and super clean. Coffee in the hall and even a washing machine. Perfectly located to the Te Papa and all the chores we needed to do. We'll definitely be coming back.

The location was great. There is a large carpark straight across the road and it is central to everything.

The check in process. Standing outside in the freezing cold only to be told to check my emails so running back to my card to find my drivers license to take photo to upload to email to send, wait for a response to wait for a code to get in. A bit stressful when you have been driving for 10 hours and you are cold and tired.
