My friend and I came to Faro for a weekend get away. We arrived too early to check in, but the receptionist recommended a great cafe for breakfast and a few places to visit before check in. Upon check in, the room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a small coffee/bar where in the evening I would have a glass of wine. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Also very close walk down to the marina. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value! 😊 I will be back!

Front desk receptionist was short tempered. When 1. Mistakenly greeted in Spanish. “We are PORTUGUESE and were here 200 years before the Spanish!” Just a polite correction would be preferred. 2. When it was suggested that entering and exiting the bathtub/shower was extremely dangerous without safety mat we were informed that disabled room type should have been booked instead. We pointed out that safety with entering and exiting a bathtub has nothing to do with a disabled room type. When non slip stripping on the bottom of the tub was suggested as an alternative we were totally dismissed. 3.Breakfast was expensive @ 10 euros for a disappointing selection of hot food. The scrambled eggs were the only hot food type offered.

comfortable, clean rooms, nice area, nice, helpful staff

Alas, we did not like the paper thin walls and lack of soundproofing on each floor. We asked to be moved the next day after neighbouring family kept talking normally until 2am and you could hear every word. The next day we were moved to two floors up where it was peaceful and nice but i think it was peaceful because luckily we had considerate guests on the same floor.

Checking in was smooth and simple. Breakfast was gorgeous. Location was perfect for everything within 15 minutes. I felt safe. The cleaners, catering staff snd receptionists were all friendly, very helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed the hot showers. The manager was not too busy to be available to talk about the artwork in the hotel foyer. The kettle boiled water super fast! Tourist attraction brochure stand at reception was very helpful. I had more than enough towels.

I would have liked to enjoy a bath during my stay, but I was unable to find a bath plug. Had I asked for one at reception, they would no doubt have made an effort to provide one to ensure an enjoyable stay.

The staff were excellent! Very easy to deal with and very welcoming and helpful. 24 hour check in. On the whole very quiet hotel, ten minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast was simple but very good and a good choice of beverages and food. Rooms were refreshed very nicely each day.

Other guests being very loud at night. Fighting on one night. Beyond the control of the staff.

We had a room with a view over Ria de Formosa which was lovely. Room was very light and bright and comfortable and clean. Everything we needed including tea/coffee facilities and the bathroom had obviously recently been refurbished and was excellent. Also all the lights worked which they often don't in hotel rooms. The staff were lovely and helpful and always available. Location was very central which was great. Would definitely come back and stay again.

This hotel is perfectly located. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and polite and were always willing to help you. I would stay here again.

Breakfast could have a better selection.

A nice, comfortable and modern hotel. It's a little walk to the marina area but that's not a problem. Very clean with a good bed. The receptionist was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

The smoke detector on the ceiling has two red lights which blink every couple of seconds. I found it disturbing when trying to get to sleep. They are really irritating!

Last minute booking and we found the hotel to be perfect for our stay. The room was very clean, with good AC and a modern bathroom. There was ample parking at the rear of the hotel and the staff were very friendly. A great stay.

For us, the shower would have better if it was not over the bath, but a seperate cubical.

The Hotel is good clean, everything was perfect but I was trying to booking for 9th of September and it was calendar mistake booked for 9 th October, and in 5 minute after booking I call to the Hotel to asked what to do they suggested that cancel and book for 9 th September no worries and when I come to Hotels I pay for September and already took money for oct what I cancel 5 minute after the booking and staff say they can’t do anything Booking.com is the responsibility, I’m sad because I could talk about that before cancel if they not suggest me for cancel and book again hope I will get money back if not money goes by my card 2 time for one night 😒☹️☹️☹️☹️
