The pool was perfect temperature, beds were super comfy and it was great to have a kitchenette so we could cook our own meal one night.

The bathroom had a few hairs in the sink and there was no fairy liquid which made washing up difficult.

The staff were extremely helpful and the shower was excellent 👌 There is a restaurant which looked nice but I never used it so I can't comment on the food. Concrete stairs up the apartment are steep to navigate if you have large pieces of luggage. The room looked a bit "tired" and the view was not good if you are not overlooking the pool.

Room was spacious, beds were comfortable. There was a kitchen in the room but we did not use it. Convenient location in Lagoa on N 125. Staff was very friendly. Great value for money for a one night stay in Algarve (we were driving from Lisbon and flying from Faro).

The patio/balcony of the room has a high wall around it (there is another building next to it), so other than drying wet swimming suits, it was not that enjoyable to stay. There is also a high wall at the swimming pool area, right behind it is N 125 so it was quite noisy there. The swimming pool itself was nice, but there was a bad smell in the air (possibly from fields around?) that did not make it comfortable to stay much time at the pool.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Especially Barbara and Savaldor, always met with a big smile and genuinely interested in what you had to say. Under the apartment is a garage. This kept the car safe and cool. Food from the snack bar was great and an amazing price. For the price and staff hospitality, 10 out of 10.

2 blinds were broken in the room, permanently closed. Leaves and insects in the pool at the end of the day.

reception was warm and welcoming .check in was smooth. we had some requests for the room type and location and all of them were arranged very well (we had pool view from the window) absolute value for money we paid. we had paid stay with included breakfast (recommended) and we think it was very good considering the money charged and breakfast staffs were very cheerful and friendly. The pool was ok and but paintings around the walls and hanging flowers made the atmosphere beautiful.

housekeeping could be a little bit more careful with cleanliness of bed linens as there were small stains but nothing major to really complain about. overall cleanliness of room was very good.

Wonderful staff who were responsive to anything needing attn. very friendly. The room was huge so we had plenty of room to spread out. The washer and dryer were a godsend! The room looked freshly painted. Great breakfast, nice bar.the murals were amazing!

Bathtub was slippery. Liquid hand soap would be neater than the bar that gets messy from sitting in water.

Big room and good cleaning services. A calm place with a swimming pool. Had all the utensils to cook in the Kitchen.

It would be very helpful if they could add basic items in small quantities like salt , sugar and cleaning agent for utensils.

Staff were helpful and friendly, Car parking was great under the accommodation. Breakfast was good.

In the room the tiled step over to the kitchen area was quite dangerous for anyone not steady on their feet. The room was a little tired in places.

Size of the room 201 was really nice, comfortable bed and pillows. Location was perfect for us, not in a crowded area as it is not by the beach. It was an excellent option for us to explore areas we planned. Pool was really good as well and quiet for the week we were in! Once in Algarve, we are definitely staying here again.

They forgot to clean our room for a day, which was solved for the following days after my complaint.
