Very, very clean. Comfortable bed. The kitchen had everything you need. Wifi worked great. The staff was very welcoming. Has a small supermarket with a cafeteria below.

Doesn't have a parking, but there are options down the street or you can use the parking of a nearby hotel for a €6 amount per day. We used the street parking and it was ok.

Because of the great location, sometimes the noise from the main street (cars etc.) can be annoying especially when it is quiet time of the day

Great people here, all staff are so welcoming and helpful. The location is good for us as we like to go into Funchal or out to Pria Formosa and Camara de lobos. The buses are excellent and a bus stop is located right outside. There are lots of places to eat and drink around us, and the Lido is close too. The apartment kitchen area is well stocked and we cooked meals comfortably. The rooftop area is good too.

The only downside being lack of storage for clothes and bits and bobs. Maybe add bedside drawers.

The apartament was nice and modern, the bed super big and comfy, there is a balcon and clean bathroom. Room was clean every day. There is also micro kitchen to preper the food. The localization is really convinient with bakery around and bus stop. There is nice room with jacuzzi. Super nice contact with the hotel, they are respond for all the questions.

There is no free parking, you need to pay for every day to put the car there or park it in the "blue line" in the city. It's fine if you are traveling during the day.. No window in the bathroom or ventilation so everything is super wet all the time (good that they are changing towels everyday because after one use there is no posibility to dry it). The jacuzzi was nice but there should be information that you need to book it day before, because we had problem with booking it, the same day cause it was not working.

Just about everything. The whole building was immaculately clean.it was convenient to everything we needed bus/resaurents/swimming lidos/shops.the building was very quite in general

The building has a rooftop sun terrace but it was closed fir the 2 weeks we were there..none of the apartments got any sun bar a couple to the front of the building but those would be exposed to a lot of traffic noise from early morning on.

Comfortable bed, clean and spacious room with balcony. There is also the possibility of getting a parking space not far from the hotel for an additional fee.

You can hear noise in the room both from the street and from the corridor. The kitchen equipment did not work properly when cooking - the hob took a very long time to heat up, and the electric kettle did not work either.

Excellent location., and the building is kept clean. Staff always give their 100% to assist you with your needs. The mini market/snack bar just under the apartments is exceptional.

I was expecting an apartment and not a small room to be honest. The wardrobe is so small and there is no space to hang a dress straight for example. Very limited storage, and not even wall hangers in bathroom and bedroom which would help. No plannef space/shoe rack for your shoes, and you need to keep your luggage behind the room's main door since there is no other space to keep them.. There is room for improvement with some little effort. But, if you travel light and you just need a comfy room, this is the right place for you.

It is a nice apartment hotel in a walking distance from the city of Funchal. The rooms are spacious and our room had a little kitchenette. The kitchenette was sufficiently equipped to make breakfast every day. The location of the hotel is great, near nice restaurants and also there is a big supermarket close by. Overall great value for money and we recommend staying here.

The location is great for walking into Funchal, Forum & Câmara de Lobos. lots of cafes, restaurants & shops a stones throw away. Apartments are modern, clean & well maintained. The bed was super comfortable & shower was powerful. The airport bus stops right next to the paraiso, which also has a lovely shop & cafe.

Right next to the bus stop so very handy. Lots of amenities in the immediate vicinity. Kitchen well equipped. Staff were lovely.

It would have been nice to have a little more space, it was a little smaller than I'd expected. There wasn't space for chopping when using the kitchen for example. The road was quite noisy but the traffic noise did die down at night, however there was some other machinery noise maybe an air conditioning unit? That made a noise all night. We got used to it after a few nights though
