Fantastic spa, great common areas and spacious rooms

We had a heating problem with our room, I call reception but it never got solved, during our 4 days the heating system didn't really worked well. Another surprise was the breakfast on Sunday (at 55€ per person) finishes at 10:30 and they take away everything.

Love the interior design of the hotel! I had a lovely time exploring the beauty of the hotel & the view of the city from the rooftop. I enjoyed the indoor pool & sauna the most especially since it was empty most of the time. & the hotel has a cute little vintage shop inside. It was such a nice & relaxing stay. I had already spent a couple of days in Lisbon & Sintra before & it was nice to have some quiet time away from the tourism before my next destination. The staff was also so kind & attentive!

the only thing that was unusual was that the bath water was running an orange/ yellow color. It was midnight & I felt like taking a bath. Thankfully it wasn’t a big deal as I had taken a shower earlier & in the next morning it was clear again.

The people, the amenities, the response to every request. The service and the food were exceptional. The Bar in the lobby has an amazing sushi menu do not miss it and tomato soup was phenomenal.

Breakfast closes early on a Saturday/Sunday for a midday brunch service which annoyed me as a guest. Breakfast Buffet set up and seating arrangements can be improved.

Room is clean, and spacious, stayed for 8 nights, deck view is good. bed is very comfortable and soft. Shower flow is strong and water is strong good, Standing shower space is good for my size as well.

The location is a bit walking away if you want me to say something not happy, compared with those those hotels right along the shopping street. You need walk up a little slope to arrive at hotel.

It was a STUNNING property ! Our suite was large and AMAZING! The staff was great ! Especially the staff at the bar the manager Alex was great and everyone . We loved our private car and driver we had arranged via their amazing concierge ! We day a day trip to Porto ! Def will return ! Loved it! 5 stars all the way

The breakfast hasn't been included in the room price, and we need to pay 116€ for two people. I think it was not correct.

Everything, just beautiful and the front desk was soo kind and helpful

it’s luxury,clean and very very nice and comfy. The room was super good,modern design with lots of bras,marble and glasses and mirrors which I liked a lot.Usually four seasons hotels are with very classic design ,which I don’t like too much because I prefer more modern style,but this hotel surprised me in a good way because the design was combination between modern,luxury and classic style.We stayed in deluxe city room which was normal size with super comfy bed,big terrace,big bathroom ,overall luxury and amazing.the outdoor pool was nice ,spa was nice ,there are nice resturants inside,very well trained staff,very kind staff in the reception and overall in the hotel.nice breakfast -106 euro for two,with lots of fruits like mango,pineapple,strawberries and etc,good choice for breakfast for vegan people which was amazing ,oat milk,tofu and many other options. I am very satisfied from my stay.checking and checkout was very fast.food in the hotel bars and restaurants was very good level.

it’s far from the center but it’s worth to stay . One of the girls from concierge team was not very kind which was annoying but in general nothing serious

Prices were extortionate. 120 EUR for a small cooked breakfast wasn’t great value for money

The breakfasts were to expensive. I feel it is overpriced and I was not allowed to my payment for it online using my Amex card.

I still have not received a detailed receipt for my stay. I believe this was to be emailed to me.
