Facilities need a little more tender loving care, we could greatly benefit from laundry room and breakfast available as a courtesy plus a dispensing machine for OTC meds and other essentials, and less pricy, more affordable drinks and healthier variety of snacks and microwavable meals

I couldn't get transferred to an accessible room with carpet, microwave and refrigerator for the hotel was full to capacity.. due to its increasingly fastly growing popular it, due among other things, to the unsurpassed convenience of location, the excellence in the facilities and the services that has made Rodeway INN so popular. I reiterate, I couldn't extend my stay and had to seek lodging at some other place. Missing the hotel room, the outstanding services of its non plus ultra personnel and the unsurpassed convenience location in South Miami, close to one of 10 centers of cardiovascular excellence in the state of Florida, waking distance to Larkins community hospital ER, and to Metrorail station, top notch shopping centers, TOO OF THE LINE GYM, etc...big time.

Ideal location ; Receptive Staff ( Ms Juliana & Team Members Male & Female) The Manager listened Effectively & responded to the few concerns in The Room and actioned promptly ; Leading by Example

A Couch 🛋 can be placed in the Room ; Two Bottles of Water can be provided in the Room as some of us Travel extensively before Our Arrival ; A Tea Plate upon Arrival for the First Day ; A Cheese Sandwich , A Pastry & A Fruit Orange Or Banana Again , this would be welcomed to keep you until Dinner given the Check in time of 3pm A Few more Sports Channels ( I Imagine ur Provider would determine that )

The front desk staff was excellent. One needs to see this when entering an establishment. The room was comfortable, and yes very quiet. The inn is in a very established and safe location. The metro-rail is only a block a block away and Dadeland mall is very close by, and there are several restaurants within walking distance.

Didnt like that there are signs all over stating "no smoking" but there were lots of guests smoking wherever they are able to and the smell bothers me, and the fact that the parking has gotten so troublesome.

I have stayed at Rodeway Inn every month on and off for a year. I find the staff to be very accommodating and friendly. The location is very convenient to everything I need.

This time I find housekeeping to be very lacking. I make the bed every morning before I leave except for the days I need the linen changed. The linen was not changed all 7 days I was there even though I left the bed unmade for the last 4 days. On the weekend the bed was still the same I left it when I left it when I returned that afternoon, on both days. The trash was still in the trash pan so I know no one has even been in the room. I was really disappointed.

The location especially. It was just steps from the metro rail. Publix supermarket and whole foods supermarket was close. The ocean was just two and half miles away. The building looks great better able to withstand a category 8 hurricane but the rooms are over due for an update. Had was to call maintenance because unable to find the Air Conditioner switch.

Leaky air conditioner

The location is great. Near to all the necessary businesses and a block away from the metro rail station. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to City Hall and Police station, and fire station in case there is an emergency.

Some guests were very loud and didn't seem to care about anyone trying to sleep. Also it is listed as a no smoking facility and there were some guests smoking on the balconies and parking garage. As one with allergies this bothers me.

I think that for the price, it’s a very good option. It has a very good location. It doesn’t offer food services, but there are many places nearby.

The Building is a bit old and not very well maintained, but it’s not too bad.”

The value for the price.

Only 1 disabled parking spot right outside in the front. No a/c in the elevator. Ice dispenser needs to be replenished.

Close to the metrorail station, comfy beds and have also microwave and fridge in the room, good value for money.

Place is a lil outdated and needs some maintenance but it’s not big deal.
