Lovely room with good facilities. Always glad to have a fridge, and the complimentary items were very much appreciated. Lady as check in was very helpful and friendly

Air con was restricted, and after a very hot day the room was hot, stuffy and uncomfortable. I phoned down to reception for help and was told the aircon would get reset but would take about 20 mins, and never happened. Woke up very uncomfortable several time in the night.

Beautiful location, looking over a great view and such close proximity to Albert Dock Great, helpful staff, they left me a cute balloon on the bed as we were visiting for our anniversary. Small detail but did make me smile Open, modern, relatively clean

Unfortunately, the water pressure in the shower was so bad (on the 10th floor) that it would not wash out my shampoo. The staff, however, are so helpful and changed my room immediately to a bigger suite. There was also some unwashed cutlery which were not to the standard of the rest of the room which was otherwise quite clean!

The hotel is very modern. The size and comfort of the room was really good and the ensuite bathroom was is lovely The bed was 2 singles when we checked in (actually 2 small doubles) which the friendly check-in staff said they could push together and make up as a super king. This was done almost immediately. The breakfast buffet was great. We did not eat dinner there. The location is very handy to most things we wanted to do, Beatles tour, Ferry ride, Liver building etc; and to the main areas of restaurants and bars. There is a Metro station about 100m away. The room cost was very favourable for the quality of the accommodation. We would definitely use this hotel again on a future visit to the lovely city of Liverpool!

Staff were so welcoming on arrival, couldn’t fault them, nothing was too much trouble. Room had everything we needed including a free non-alcoholic mini bar (lovely touch). Very comfy bed and everything was very clean. The added addition of having Gino’s Italian restaurant and sky bar on site was fantastic. After a long drive to Liverpool it was lovely to be able to have dinner on site and then relax in the sky bar watching the sunset afterwards. Highly recommend doing both. Hotel is in a great location, close to the docks and a 10minute walk to city centre, NCP capital carpark is just around the corner. Lots of little cafes and restaurants around too. We look forward to coming back to Liverpool soon and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again. 10/10 from us.

Everything was really well thought out and had everything in the room that we needed and additional things like the drinks in the fridge We really enjoyed our stay The location of the hotel was perfect and close to everything we wanted to go and visit The room was a perfect size and the bed was very comfortable The AC was amazing and I loved the lighting in the room The staff were very friendly and never made us feel like a burden when we were asked any questions They have a photo booth and a flower wall when you come in to the hotel which was a nice addition to the hotel. It was very clean We used The fitness room a few times which was very clean and nice. It had everything that we needed in there which we loved. We would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again

I didn’t like how they didn’t have their own parking as we had to park in the NCP car park and the pedestrian entrances were all closed and wouldn’t open which ended up being an inconvenience for us so we had to do a lot of walking back and forth to figure the parking out The phone didn’t work in the room which was a bit frustrating but we ended up just going down and asking questions

Very nice hotel, staff in the hotel were friendly. The hotel is only a short walk to the main lively streets of the city centre. Rooms were very clean.

The rooftop bar didn't allow us entry on Saturday night saying it was full when it clearly wasn't. The bouncer let a few kids in ahead of us who weren't staying at the hotel which we found a bit strange and a bit disappointing. The guys in the downstairs hotel bar explained that they had no control over the rooftop bar and that it was a separate entity which is strange given that it is advertised as part of the hotel. The only disappointing aspect of an otherwise lovely hotel.

The hotel was very nice on arriving staff were friendly. Restaurant was lovely and food was soooo good. Sever was also very friendly and welcoming. We went for my birthday and so I was very pleased. Drinks in the bar upstairs also loved it all and service perfect. Would def recommend. Room was very nice and comfortable we wished we were staying longer.

Had to park in ncp car park and got given code but it said we could pay online which was alot of hassle and no where to use the code so it cost us alot mroe than it should have which was disappointing on leaving after a nice stay.

Staff were very friendly. Booked a night away for my wife’s birthday and asked beforehand if they had any birthday packages. They had a few but I didn’t end up going with any. They still left some nice decorations and a card saying happy birthday which I thought was a lovely touch. We were able to leave our bags there before and after check in. We had a river view room which was absolutely amazing. Roughly 10-15 minute walk to Liverpool one so location was decent aswell. Bed was comfy and facilities were nice. Thank to all staff at INNSiDE. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Hotel Facilities Fantastic Amazing size room with Stunning Views

We booked the Sky Bar for 7oclock but unfortunately we were running late and arrived at 9 o’clock fair enough it was 2 hours late but the the response was very cold and rather rude from staff upstairs the Guy on the door was lovely but the one on the reservation when you arrived was very unpleasant and made me feel very uncomfortable we couldn’t wait to leave would of booked the Saturday for a meal but decided to eat out due to the fact we felt so uncomfortable and surprised he would speak to us on such a negative manner

Excellent staff, and the accessible room was lovely! Very comfortable with a great wet room. Check in experience great - felt that if there was an emergency, I knew what to expect. Very impressed and would definitely recommend. Will be looking to return next time I visit the city.

Some of the breakfast buffet tables were very high, so it wasn't possible for me to access the full breakfast choice on my own. I also couldn't access any drinks at breakfast - juice on a high bar and no way to carry a mug of coffee while wheeling myself. I was offered help, but I chose to stick to the continental which was delicious and plentiful.
