The space was very nice and the flat bright. Good value for money

Very bad communication. We arrived at the wrong address before being directed to the right one (by chance not too far) and we were the second guests to be mistaken the day. Lots of stairs to the flat and in the flat, we were not made aware of and it was an issue for my elderly mother. Would not have worked for us had we stayed more than one night

The Lamington Apartments are very nice, clean, spacious and well equipped - ideal for a family of 4, located near Picadilly line (Heathrow and city centre), heating and comfy beds, calm area- can recommend

Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Nice area not far from the tube. Reception was very good easy check in and very helpful staff.

Boiler in cupboard in bedroom was right next to a bed so a bit warm and noisy

Property was sufficient for our needs. Comfy beds. Location 10 minutes from underground. Near grocery store. Small kitchen but good enough for our needs. Nice bathroom. Good water pressure and nice water temperature.

Would be nice to have a couple sets of towels or some pods of laundry detergent to help start the vacation until you can find a grocery store. Would be nice to have a list of local places to know about such as places to eat, get groceries, ATM locations, etc. Also, would be nice to have a paper with simple directions on how to use the washer and dryer combination which is located in the kitchen.

We loved our stay at Lamington apartments. The property was clean and comfortable and was perfectly set up for a family of four, with plenty of room to cook, eat and relax within the house and courtyard. It was only 5-10 mins walk to the tube station with access to four tube lines so we could get everywhere on public transport. Also close to restaurants, pubs and shops/supermarkets. Hammersmith is a lovely part of London and we really enjoyed staying here.

We were there during a heatwave so found it very warm on a couple of nights as there was no aircon - we were aware of this when booking. Fans would've been good.

This is a great place with Hammersmith Station minutes walk away. Location is perfect with station, shops and restaurants nearby Rooms were perfectly appointed, clean and quite at night The kitchen is well equipped and facilities ate suitable for families Will stay again next time in London

Nicely furnished. One of the bedrooms was very spacey. Apartment had a nice, small garden. It must be a very good addition especially in summer time. Living room had a nice garden view.

Kitchen was downstairs/ in the basement but dining table was upstairs. It was a bit unpractical. One would have needed at least a tray to carry things. There were no hangers in the apartment. Bathroom looked really nice but there is probably some kind of moisture problem (some smell).

The accommodation was spacious and within easy reach of the city centre. The reception staff were very friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. We also appreciated the convenient access to public transport and the wide range of shops in the area. Overall, it’s a great option if you’re travelling with family or friends and looking for plenty of space at a reasonable price.

We were a little unlucky with some noisy neighbours, and we happened to arrive at a time when the building’s windows were being cleaned and the garden maintained, so the morning work caused a bit of noise. However, it was nothing too disturbing.

The apartment is very well located in quiet street, within walking distance from two tube stations. It is reasonably spacious, beds were comfortable. Spacious living/dining room was nice.

The kitchen equipment was less than basic - too few plates, glasses, cookware. It was tricky to get comfortable temperature in the apartment with poorly isolating glasses.

My friend and I have been staying at Lamington Apartments and Room2 for around 5 years now. We stopped using Room2 in Hammersmith a few months ago due to Lamington Apartments being better and you get more for your money. The apartments do vary dramatically in size but we almost always get upgraded and treated like kings and queens. I have stayed in more hotels and apartments over the years than I wish to count but Lamington Apartments have the friendliest and down to earth staff I have ever encountered. The ladies who remembered us and checked us in over the weekend are truly lovely and very accommodating. They represent how customer service should be. Not too formal, ready to have a good laugh and naturally caring. It goes to show that if you enjoy your job and the company you work for look after you, it will be passed on to your guests. We look forward to returning soon.

Being a tall and built for rugby lad the shower is rather small. But I managed lol.
