It is mostly a good budget hotel near the Ximending area, so I highly recommend. I was visiting the National Taiwan University (NTU), and this hotel is well connected to NTU by the subway right in front of the hotel. It is very convenient even on heavily rainy days. Also, the room is very clean and the air conditioning is well-prepared. Also, the sandwich and toast stand at the entrance of the hotel is great for breakfast, too!

Some staff only speak very basic English. It's still okay to communicate with any translators, though.

We enjoyed a delightful four-night stay at this hotel, perfectly situated right in front of the vibrant Ximending Shopping District. The room was both spacious and immaculate, with a wonderfully comfortable bed that ensured restful nights. Despite our tendency to leave the room in a bit of disarray, we were pleasantly surprised to return to a pristine space, as the houskeeping staff was diligent in their efforts, changing towels daily and restoring order. The bathroom also exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and the added luxury of a bidet, which we particularly appreciated.

EVERYTHING! 1. The hotel is right next to the Metro Station. 🤩 2. The hotel staff were very helpful and kind! ✨ 3. The room is VERY CLEAN. 4. The toilet? 100/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I swear, it exceeded my expectation! Super clean! comes with a smart toilet. 🤍 5. You won’t need to ask for a breakfast buffet as there’s a 7’11 next to the hotel and you’re less than 5mins away from Ximending Market 🤩 Got no pictures of our room as we’re too tired of all the tours we had. 🙃

We love the interior of the property. Everything was clean, very convenient location, near to most of the famous spots. They cleaned the room when we were away and it was spotless. The staff are all very friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggage even when we already checked out. Overall, our stay was satisfactory.

Toilet was blocked, but they resolved it immediately and the outer areas were a bit grotty, can hear the noise of other patrons talking, showering etc and the light through the door gap. So used my bags as door stoppers instead

Hotel was near train station & ximending street. You can find 7eleven Beside the hotel… the toilet was clean, they clean our room everyday..no smell coming from toilet.. which is great!! i will return to this hotel if i go back to taipei again

They just need to change the carpet, a bit old. If they change the carpet, then everything perfect.

It was a good location, value for money. Alex was very good in handling our requests.

They were unclear about rooms having Japanese bidet, they say “deluxe room” have Japanese bidet but when you arrive, they will say it is a random room - good thing I saved a screenshot of the chat and showed it to Alex, they made it work.

Good size rooms, very comfortable, easy access to metro stations and tourist locations, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice size bathroom, comfortable bed.

No mirror in the bedroom for outfits, only in the bathroom. Gaps under the door allow sound from the hallway, but still felt private in the room.
