Excellent location, rooms clean and comfortable.

Teenage kids were not allowed to use swimming pool, therefore was supposed to be able to use aqua splash, however when we went to book it for our teenage children it transpired that aqua splash no longer facilitated this

Hotel facilities and location are excellent. Five mins from Bus Station. Upgraded room with terrace was spacious and well appointed / equipped. Quiet at night. Bathroom was spacious with both seperate shower and bathtub. Shower was excellent. Spa has well equipped gym and swimming pool you can actually swim in [12.5M]. Robes and slippers provided plus unlimited fresh towels.

Bed requires new mattress. Rooms have nowhere to hang outdoor clothing / coat hooks etc. Bathrooms have nowhere to hang / dry towels. Gets very busy on Saturday/Sundays - affects service.

Location. It is close to the bus station for seeing the island. There were lots of restaurants to choose from. You could walk to various museums and shops. The leisure facilities were good. The pool was a good size, the jacuzzi, the steam and sauna rooms etc were very clean and well maintained and there was a well equipped gym. I used all the leisure facilities before breakfast and dinner. My room was a small double in the older part of the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. All the staff and the breakfasts were excellent.

If you are in the newer part of the hotel it will be noisy in the evenings at the weekends because of the music in the restaurants and bars. I stayed on a Friday evening and it was noisy out front and in the maim areas of the hotel. There was a wedding party and 2 other groups booked into the hotel but it had a good vibe to it when we returned after dinner. As I was in the older part of the hotel on the top floor my room was quiet and was not disturbed at all while I stayed there.

Superb Gold Double Room, massive bed, plenty of pillows and spare blankets if needed. The housekeeping staff are courteous, friendly and do an immaculate job. There was plenty of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits, sugar and water in the room, which were replenished daily. A good supply of toiletries and towels, bath robes and slippers also provided. The Christmas Day dinner was excellent - an amazing choice of courses all beautifully presented. Charming and attentive waiting staff.

The coffee served at breakfast was disgusting The coffee served elsewhere in the hotel (Zephyr for example) was superb.

Staff very attentive and thorough. Breakfast was top class for choice. So were other meal areas. Excellently located hotel and I took advantage of what appeared to be a seasonal discount. Nice to have bottles of complimentary water and biscuits provided in room along with hot drink making.

My room was on 4th floor and bedroom a bit cramped, but I appreciate I got a good price overall. Not much space between end of bed and tv screen. May not be ideal if need to spend time in room working on a laptop, for example. And shower curtain (or screen) could be better designed to keep water out of rest of bathroom.

Excellent location right in the centre of St Helier. All staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice and quality ingredients. We had a Platinum room with a balcony overlooking the marina. The room was lovely. We even had a Christmas tree out on the balcony! We had reserved Christmas lunch and this was very nice. It was a buffet service so you could eat whatever you wanted. There was plenty of choice.

We went in a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The hotel asked us on arrival if we wanted to book a taxi for the return journey so we said yes. The taxi arrived on time but when we arrived at the airport we were charged almost £10 more than we paid on the inward journey. We did not realize that there would be this added cost as the taxis in Jersey have set tariffs. There was no need to book a taxi through the hotel anyway as the taxi rank is alongside the hotel with plenty of taxis always available even on Christmas Day!!

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. The Platinum rooms with balconies are very spacious with good facilities. The beds are roomy and comfortable. I normally stay during the week, however I have heard that they can be a bit noisy, as the lively bar is situated below. The health spa is worth spending time there. It has steam rooms, sauna, swimming, gym, warm stone relaxation benches, and is rarely crowded. The breakfast is excellent, with a buffet style, and a chef who will cook eggs how you want, including excellent omelettes, my favourite.

The staff are amazing incredibly helpful, friendly and attentive, that includes the housekeepers as well. The spa is lovely the pool could do with being a degree or two warmer was very relaxing but it was a very relaxing environment. The food was amazing very tasty and plenty of it. We ordered room service and it was there within 15 minutes piping hot. We ate in the Grill and the Cabin for evening meals and for breakfast in the Scirocco again the standard of food was first class and the level of service excellent. Special mention to Nayana and Roy for their excellent attention to detail and friendliness.

Great position in town with everything close by. Bus station a stone's throw away and the Jersey bus app was superb. Busy outside seating but able to grab a seat. Grill restaraunt was fantastic as was breakfast each morning. The Spa Sirene had everything you needed, and the wife enjoyed her top to toe Aromatherapy massage. All the staff were friendly/chatty, and the hotel appeared to run seamlessly. We had a gold deluxe double with a balcony. Although it was October, we still could sit outside and enjoy the sun!

Lazy Jack bar was a little too lazy with just one lager on tap. Could do with catering for a wider audience on the beer front

The welcome on arrival by the staff on the Reception desk. Throughout our stay, all staff were friendly, very courteous, and helpful. They go above and beyond compared to other 4☆ hotels we have stayed in. The Gold twin room was exceptional, well furnished, and comfortable with lovely fresh linens and fluffy towels and robes for the spa and pool. The room was serviced well by housekeeping. We dined in The Sirocco and Zephyr Restaurants. The food in both was excellent with great service. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We liked everything about this hotel.
