We had a great stay in the family room accomodations here, which accommodated my wife and I and our two adult daughters. The room came with a queen and 2 singles, a private bath, a sitting area and enclosed deck, as well as a full size refrigerator and stove. The location as great for our visit to Venice, only about a block and half to the train station and only one stop to Venice which cost 1.45 euro. It's also close to a lot of restaurants, there is Chinese store to the right of the entrance that sells cold beer, a good bakery for breakfast foods about 5 blocks away and a grocery store (ali) about 3 blocks away. Super convenient to everything we needed as well as a gated parking space for our car, at $10 euro per day. Highly recommend if you are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay for your visit to Venice.

host was kind enough to give us 1 full apartment in the same cost ,I actually booked one private room with shared kitchen so my reviews for apartment which is in the same location -rosa garden is near from Mestre train and bus station (walking in 10 min) ,apartment is big with comfy bed ,balcony, big bathroom ,kitchen cleaning is good ,everything works in kitchen ...good for family to stay ,one big and cheap supermarket (Ali) near by rosa garden,I suggest to buy chocolates or any other souvenirs from this market compared to all other city same brands are cheaper here

The owner was very nice and welcoming, the property smelled nice, unlike a lot of places, had all amenities needed for a traveler, including kitchen to dishes to laundry to drying rack. It was cleanest of all the hotels we stayed in Europe and had the biggest restroom. We were made feel like house guests and were treated very respectfully, it felt cozy like your own home. It’s 3 min walk from main train station and bus stops. Cafes and restaurants very close.

First place I don’t have anything bad to say about.

If you want to visit Venice for a couple of days on a budget, search no longer. Rosa Garden is great, the owner Saif is friendly and very helpful with all your needs. Perfect location to hop on the bus nr.2 towards the historical centre (in 20-25 minutes) or walking distance to the Mestre FS Train Station. You don't need to pay the "Venice Access Fee" Tax in high season, because the property is on the exemption list, and you generate your QR code for free. Thank you, will be back one day for sure!

We were very pleased with our stay. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The location was perfect — very close to the train station, which made it easy to get around. The photos in the listing seem a bit outdated, as the room was actually even nicer than we expected — it had been recently renovated and looked great. The bed was also very comfortable. We definitely recommend this place!

The property is a few minutes walk from the Venezia Mestre station. There's a Chinese convenient store next door and supermarket near by. The host, Saif, are friendly and lender help when ever we need. Thanks 👍

The only thing that I dislike was we need to buy our own clothes detergent and it's only allowed to wash clothes between 8:00am to 8:00pm which is ridiculous as travellers would be out by then... Parking available at site but need to pay €10 per day.

I stayed just one night to be in a convenient location to get to Marco Polo Airport early the next day. The Rose Garden is easy to find and very close to the Mestre train station and bus depot, allowing for a quick trip by bus (or train) into Venice, as well as transit to the airport.

The area is not glamourous but is pretty much like many places around the world in the immediate vicinity of transportation hubs. This wasn’t a big deal for me, but just a comment for other travellers with different sensibilities and perceptions.

Went with a family of 11 that needed 4 rooms and really appreciated the shared living room and kitchen. The host was very kind and helpful. Parking was available at the location. Overall it was a great place, clean, well kept and close to train station.

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, just 5 minutes walk to train station. We could park safely in the garage. I recommend you to eat at Da Michele restaurant which is a few minutes walk from Rosa Garden.

I was not expecting a five star room for this price so nothing disappointed me with the room. It was clean and comfortable.

location is great (walking within 5 minutes to the train & bus station). Room are clean and beds are big & comfortable. Wifi signal is great without extra payment. The owner is very nice. We were much late check-in but he was waiting for us with patience and acted nice with full introduction. If you travel by car there is secured parking place with very fair cost per day. The facility is equipped with kitchen and washing machine. It is much over my booking expectation!

nothing I didn't like. Only need to wait for the room receipt as the room was paid through company card (due to business trip) but the owner has my phone number and promised to send the VAT receipt by WhatsApp to me after 10 days when he receives the payment from Booking.
