3C B&B is absolutely wonderful. Juri provided excellent advice and directions on how to find the property from the bus terminal all the way to the gate. He was there to greet us on arrival and showed us to our beautiful room which was very comfortable and modern with old authentic features. Breakfast was lovely with breads, jams, fruit, croissant, eggs, toast, cereal, fruit juice and cooffee, giving a good start to our days of exploring. With the property just 4 mins walk from St Marks Sq we were within easy reach of everything yet once inside the room it was so quiet it didn't feel like you were in the middle of a city like Venice. It was so convenient to pop back midday when a rest was needed, coffee or tea making facilities in the room were perfect and a lovely biscuit from the jar which Juri left out in the breakfast area for everyone. Thank you Juri for your hospitality and your shared knowledge of Venice. We will most definitely recommend 3C to others and we will return.

Absolutely nothing, our stay was perfect!

Juri gave fantastic directions from the train station and warmly welcomed us at arrival. The room was beautifully appointed with a perfect blend of modern comfort and authentic Venetian charm. Breakfast was exceptional with fresh breads, jams, fruit, croissants, eggs, toast, cereal, juice, and coffee to start each day right. Located just minutes from St. Mark's Square, we had prime access to everything while enjoying the tranquility inside our room. It was hard to believe we were in the heart of Venice. Juri's thoughtful touches, like the complimentary biscuits available in the breakfast area, made our stay extra special. His local knowledge and genuine hospitality were invaluable. We'll absolutely recommend 3C to friends and look forward to returning.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 days after our cruise and were absolutely delighted. Yuri contacted us in advance and explained in detail how to get to the hotel, which made everything very easy. We arrived earlier than expected, and they checked us in without any problem — it was a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, tucked away in a charming Venetian alley. The location is truly amazing — everything is close by, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. We left with only the warmest impressions! I will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely return!

The host (Juri) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was absolutely perfect to launch a stay in Venice. A mere 3-5 minute walk to St. Marco Square and a few hundred metres from the water bus terminals. The airport transfer 'Alilaguna' takes you from San Marco Airport, to these terminals every 30 minutes. Breakfast was excellent. Smallish selection, but everything you could want to start your day. Hot toasties, omelets, fresh boiled eggs, yoghurt, cereals, breads, warm croissant & preserves. Fruit juices & lovely coffee served to your table. Rooms were exceptionally clean, cosy with small TV, kettle with tea/coffee and a mini bar. Would absolutely make the effort to stay here again and I will recommend this accommodation to friends & family.

Our host was excellent. He was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast that they served was individually prepared and made to order. The location of the BNB was perfect as well.

The first day we stayed there we had no hot water, but the host fix that problem the next day. We had trouble with Internet Internet access, but our host showed us that the Internet worked on his phone so we’re not sure why we were not able to access streaming services like we had been at the previous location. Perhaps there was something wrong with our settings?

Excellent location, a short walk from the Zacharia water taxi pick-up. Easy airport drop-off, but also be aware that this area will get crowded with day visitors during the middle of the day. Many restaurants, shops nearby. We mostly walked about Venice since we found ourselves in a prime location. Easy to walk away from the crowded center and find those family restaurants.

By day three, we became accustomed to our neighborhood and how to avoid the CROWDS, get out early morning and late afternoon and evening and you will have a more manageable number of people. Would suggest signing up for a food tour that explores smaller restaurants that offer traditional Venetian food/wine away from the CROWDED center on your first day in Venice. It will also help you get the lay of the city and someone (your guide) who can answer many of your questions. But it was time to leave too soon. We would stay longer, next time.

We are so lucky to have chosen such a great place to stay during our time in Venice! The location is fantastic - just a couple minutes walk from the San Zuccaria vaporetto stations, right around the corner from a lively plaza filled with restaurants, and very close to Saint Mark’s Square. Others have mentioned noise in their reviews but we were in room #1 which faces a neighboring courtyard and it was very quiet. The room itself was great - plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable, and the A/C worked perfectly. The best part though is the host, Juri, and the wonderful made to order breakfast he provides daily. We had to leave before breakfast on our last day to catch an early train and he brought us pastries, yogurt, and juice the day before so we’d be sure to have something before we left. He’s also very helpful with directions, suggestions, and any information you might need. Will definitely stay at 3C B&B again if we return to Venice!

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Great location and Juri answered all our questions.

The location is excellent if you want to be close by to the major attractions and the harbor. The drawback to the location is there are a lot of people in the area during the day. Breakfast was nice.

Room #2 only had a single chair to sit in at a desk. With 2 people traveling, there was no place for us to sit comfortably to read or do anything else relaxing without having to sit on the edge of the bed. Not sure the set up of the other rooms, but that was a disappointment.
