We have stayed at the property previously and Wati, Manager kindly accommodated us with a lake view on the first/second floor apartment as requested. We were also allocated a car park which was nice. We had a few minor issues with the apartment but these were resolved the following day, by the cleaning team, after we informed them.

The second bedroom should have had a chest of drawers, as was available in the main bedroom. This meant the majority of our granddaughters clothing had to stay in the suitcase for the two weeks. Unfortunately the weather was awful so we were unable to use any of the recreational facilities available i.e. pool, tennis courts and balcony.

The location is perfect. Central to the shopping centre, beach and motorway access. We loved that it was 2 storey, it gave the illusion of more space which meant we weren’t always in each other’s space. We had everything we needed to make it feel like home away from home. The apartment is warm and dry and in a quiet location. No parties and no noise from traffic. We usually stay in hotel accommodation in Manukau but we will now stay at this facility. It has a pool, gym, tennis court and playground for the kids. All the eateries are within walking distance. We highly recommend this establishment.

We loved everything about the property.

Nesuto is central to everything. Great relaxing atmosphere. Staff were friendly. Apartment had everything you needed a home away from home. The security of getting in and out is great. The facilities of the pool, gym and tennis court is a bonus. Would definitely be booking a stay back here. Highly recommend Nesuto Newhaven.

Rooms upstairs can get very warm (summer). Maybe an upright fan would be adequate for both rooms. Shower head is loose with the water pressure. Updating the toaster/kettle. Minor things overall but definitely consider an upright high power fan for Summer stays.

I booked 2 apartments the ground floor apartment I stayed in was perfect the rooms where adequately size lovely and spacious. The other apartment not so much but that was OK as it was only used for sleeping. All our meals and gathering where at the apartment 1.

Only a couple of things, the 3 story apartment rooms where rather small, space was abit tight and also the stairs where difficult as the guess in that apartment where elderly (mid sixties) and also I wouldn't recommend this room for guest with small children as the stairs are not children friendly. Also we couldnt use the garage as it was used for storage. I think in future I would give more detail on what type of requirements would be preferable.

We arrived late on a Sunday and had received notification to update our payment details which we did as soon as we could but over an hour later still no details on how to get the key so had to call and ask instead. Fantastic location with a large shopping mall across the road and close to roads that lead to where you need to go. A local bus service is available if like us you don't want to drive into Auckland Everything you need for a long stay was available sadly no coffee pot was to be found

We did struggle figuring out how to use the washing machine as no instructions were available but got there in the end, the cooker was another story all the numbers and had been cleaned off the front so no way of knowing what temperature we had the oven on another thing an instruction book could be useful for. The unit we were given was over 3 levels so unless you request a ground level unit it could be an issue for a person with diminished abilities, but a great stay none the less

The environment here is truly exceptional – very quiet and peaceful, and the neighborhood feels incredibly safe. The neighbors are polite, and there’s almost no noise at all, which made for a wonderfully restful stay. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including bath towels, toiletries, and all utilities are covered. They even offer free Netflix, which was a great bonus! We slept so well in this peaceful setting. The location is also fantastic! There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and even a large shopping mall for some extra convenience. The complex itself has amazing amenities, including a pool, gym, and tennis court – all of which added so much to our stay. We feel so lucky to have found this place! Thank you for such a great experience!

Our apartment was conveniently located with the Botany Town Shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Off peak, it was less than half an hour to the CBD .... let's not talk about peak times but that would be the case no matter where you stayed. We had most things we needed for our stay, the kitchen equipment was basic but sufficient. Staff changed the linen for us after a week and were friendly and efficient.

The apartment was advertised as having HVAC, but there was only one heatpump and it was downstairs. The bedrooms, despite having fans provided had windows that only opened about 5cm and were almost impossible to cool. I had no communication before arrival and apparently was lucky to find the office open. It would have been useful to have been given more than one set of keys as our family often went in different directions.

Everything was smooth and went well. Instructions to enter room was clearly given beforehand. Wati the property manager was very friendly and helpful. We wanted to extend our stay by another additional day, and Wati was very responsive and helpful and blocked out the room for us for the additional day which made it so much easier for us. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a good place with a great value for money. Super clean and had all the facilities that you need for your stay. Will be back here for sure!

Wati, the property manager was very pleasant to deal with as we had to organise a late check in. She made everything stress free. I had to thank her personally. Our accommodation was perfect for us as a family. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Lovely to have a home away from home feel. Thank you for having us! I would highly recommend. We were in Auckland for a sporting event so it was perfect for us. Close to shopping mall. And easy to drive to the motorway etc

Third time staying at Newhaven. Great prime location to all amenities. Security to the premises is great. You have the pool and gym to use. We were given an upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment instead of the booked 1 bedroom. Staff are good to communicate with too. Would recommend Newhaven and would definitely be coming back.

Bathroom fan needs a thorough clean for maximum suction.
