The property have great staff who are ready to offer all the help & services required to make Guests feel at home. Great hospitality and service. Room was neat, clean and well sized. Really enjoyed the stay. Free parking at the hotel gives you peace of mind.

There is not much this hotel can do about actually. The hotel is located on the northern side of the river and all great things in Auckland is located on the other side of the bridge. The traffic conditions are pathetic and takes ages to move around the city. Even if you want to order good food it's going to take ages as it has to come from the other side of the bridge. Just a piece of advice for people travelling to Auckland. Please check location of your interests prior booking to any hotel. Undoubtedly, This hotel is amazing.

The location was great, good access to parking and good privacy with a nice view

They property was great the bed was just really uncomfortable and could feel the gap between the two beds. Either needs a mattress comfy topper or just a double bed.

Great location with free parking,12 minute drive to Auckland Central. Modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean accommodation and very comfortable bed. Even had a washing machine and tumble dryer. Staff were very friendly and check in was fast and easy.

The beds. My family have stayed here in the past and said the beds were good. They must’ve changed their beds as they are excruciatingly hard. I had to sleep on the lounge. The only thing that lets this property down.

Loved our stay at Fernz Motel and apartments. Could not fault the staff, apartment, location. Really great stay.

It would have been great to have a mirror in each bedroom. A full length mirror preferably. Additional power points in bedrooms would be good too. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great location and well appointed rooms. Nice big fluffy towels and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Balcony a lovely spot for morning coffee and breakfast. Having parking downstairs was very helpful.

I had thought that the bedroom was fully separate room rather than apartment style but it wasn't a bother.

Everything - the position , the apartment self contained room, the cleanliness but above all the staff . They couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating to us given we were in Auckland for a funeral. They allowed us to come back in after booking out to change then return after the funeral to change into clothes for flying home . It was a wonderful experience
