We stayed in suite 72 for just one night for our anniversary, I wanted something unique and fancy but affordable and this hit that spot perfectly. The host was very friendly, location was really convenient and the room was lovely. Incredible value for money. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to an emergency so didn’t get to try the breakfast, so I cannot speak on that, but I have already recommended to my friends and family and this place would be my first choice to stay if I was in the area again.

The property is located near Kemptown and about a 10/15 min walk from the town centre. Upon arrival the building is well maintained and as soon as you enter the decor catches your eye. Everywhere you look you find retro artwork and quirky decorations. Our room was a work of art packed with character and unique items you won’t come across usually. After an hour of taking everything in we still found new things ! Just fabulous! Everything was pristine ! The bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfy and clean! There is nothing I can fault in the room we rented. Paul was a brilliant host who kept in contact making sure we had all the information needed . I will definitely be coming back to stay as we often visit Brighton and by far from the 6/7 various locations we have stayed , this is the best !

It’s rare to say but there is absolutely nothing we didn’t like

The owners are extremely helpful and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying the room. The room was clean, comfortable and quite spacious, the bathroom was very clean and the shower was nice and hot! Communication prior to staying was excellent and Tony was great explaining everything to us. Location was quite central and only took around 10-15minutes to walk to the centre of Brighton. Snooze offers 10% off at egg and spoon Cafe which was very welcoming and much needed after a night out in the centre, it was just down the road from the hotel. Parking is a little limited but not expensive compared to other areas. We would definitely recommend staying here! We will be coming again!

If we were to be picky I would say the room could do with a fridge to store water.

Located in a quiet street in Kemptown with plenty of local shops, pubs, cafes and more. The hotel has linked up with a local cafe that provides a delivery service for breakfast, or a discount if you choose to eat there. The hotel is stones throw from the sea which was exactly what we wanted, and only a short walk to the pier. Absolutely loved the hotel! Each room has a different theme, taking you back to mid century with some fabulous styling. Not only was the room quirky, but very comfortable and immaculately clean! Our room was stocked with plenty of tea bags, coffee, biscuits, etc which were topped up and cups/glasses cleaned daily. Owners were there to greet us and there every day from 8am each morning for a few hours, so on hand if you needed anything. We were also assured that they were on the end of the phone when not at the property. It was also nice to see them at the end of our stay. We’ve stayed at several properties in Brighton and out of those 6, this is the only one we have found where you actually see a human from check in to your departure and it makes a refreshing change. Great place to stay! We will definitely be back!

Nothing to dislike.

The room was amazing and the bed so so comfortable. I was looking for something abit different and the styling of the room was on point. We both work hard and the bed was probably the most comfortable bed we have ever spent In !! The owners gave me a call on the phone before hand to talk me through parking and checking in etc as they are not there most of the time which I was so grateful for, shows that they care about their customers. We had an amazing time and highly recommend room 72 ! Thanks again to the Snooze staff.

Where to start. Firstly communication with Tony was first rate! He went out of his way to assure our arrival, room and parking permits were all in order. On arrival Tony made us feel welcome and introduced us to our room. He then gave us lots of local advise - where to dine and where to have breakfast (Egg and Spoon - highly recommend) also what events were on over the weekend/bank holiday. We were in Room 3, OMG what an amazing room! The kids enjoyed the freedom of the bunkbeds and we all loved the numerous vintage posters and artifacts around the room. Even though this was only a short stay, Snooze left such a huge impression on us all. We can't wait to go back!

The location was perfect and I loved the overall funky appearance and quirky details around the hotel. Nicely presented bed and room 6 offered real 70s luxury kitch. Comfortable bed and I enjoyed the complementary bathroom products - really of great quality. Very clean room. Ease of getting a parking pass and finding a space quite near the hotel. Also how nice to get a call before my arrival to check everything was in place for me.

Nothing major, maybe have a bigger table by the window so I could do a little work or put my laptop on it if needed.

Thanks to Paul, we had such a lovely stay here. The location is so great with good access to everything you can possibly need (restaurants, cafes, the pub, supermarket and most important, the beach and the pier). For the price, the room is fairly spacious with plenty of room for storage! We travel during March so fortunately, we didn't have to deal with the seagulls like we saw mentioned. The neighbourhood is fairly quite and respectful so even though there were noises now and then, it was nothing notable. The attention to the little things with room service was what probably warmed my heart the most, it was so lovely!

The room was quite hot. We wanted to turn on the fan that came with the room but it was a bit dusty so we just opened the window instead. It was not a major issue since you could also just turn off the heating.

Lovely quirky room with all the amenities.Comfortable bed and little extras like biscuits sweets and tea and coffee.Heating came on at 7am and warmed the room very quickly.

Not a criticism just an observation.If you come by train the walk to the accommodation is further than you think so if elderly or dont want to enjoy the bracing seafront walk jump a taxi.Also the bathroom was snug so again check the different rooms if you want a larger bathroom but shower was easy to use with plenty of hot water

We have stayed here 3 times in as many years, so it's safe to say we love this hotel. My only tiny negative is that when you're in the ground floor room (1) then you may get woken up by people coming and going through the front door and talking next to the room door. But it wasn't for very long and we did still manage a lay in. If you're a heavy sleeper, you probably wouldn't notice.
