We chose this accommodation due to its location only. We didn't look at any reviews. A bed in this location was all we needed. But from the moment we arrived, we were SO impressed with its tidy grounds and super welcoming host. The room was perfect, it was spacious & tidy, the bed was comfy, the extra toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch. Not to mention the delightful full-length mirror, which is something ALL accommodations should have. Carol went out of her way to return stuff to us that we left behind, we are so grateful for that, thank you. Absolutely recommend and will definitely stay again!!

It's a good stroll along Riccarton Road to Hagley Oval. There's plenty of eating places along the way especially Crispy Chicken (not far from the motel) and an excellent cafe - Park Ranger. The accommodation is exceptionally clean, roomy and comfortable. It's also quiet considering the proximity to Riccarton Road. The hosts are friendly and helpful. Regular public transport is available virtually right outside the gate.

306 Motel certainly delivered on service and cleanliness. The location was great for my holiday. I would definitely recommend this Motel and I would definitely stay there again. Parking is available and there was easy access to the unit from the carpark. 306 was great value for money. Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance and also not far to drive for other options.

The host, Carol, is very friendly and cordial! Whem shwe known that we were heading to Timaru and Mount Cook, she recommented us to the Fairlie Bakery which was a great pie and coffee cafe! The room is good and tidy. The location is also excellent if you are planning to leave the Christchurch town as it is located at the boundary of the town.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was tidy and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed.

Showerhead was fixed so couldn't move it around easily for preferred height, part of the door handle was also broken (though this didn't affect the ability to close the door).

Owners came out to meet us and moved their car so we could park our van and trailer. So friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Room was fantastic. Clean and tidy. Great facilities. Comfortable beds and nice and quiet. Just what we needed after a long drive.

On arrival, being met by Sally who showed us to our unit and made us feel welcome. Whole place was very neat and tidy. Nothing was a problem for Sally. Unit was very well set up which made for a very pleasant stay. Even the Autumn leaves around the grounds were swept up regularly. Oue stay was so enjoyable we have stayed again since.

Very convenient to services, University, and easy to get to from the airport. Exceptionally clean, tidy, and peaceful in spite of being near a busy road. Carol and Phil are tremendously helpful, friendly, kind and informative.

There was nothing I can say I did not like!

I liked the location of the apartment. Shopping center and city was close. The towels were changed, and the bed was made on a regular basis.

The cupboard had minimal storage space.

Lovely and friendly. Very clean and tidy. Stayed for 6 nights with family. Had the 2 bedroom apartment. Very quiet and great its so close to the mall and fantastic places to eat.
