This really is a gem. A trational Italian house with all of the characteristics that you would expect. A small boutique hotwl with 5 rooms, all decorated differently. Luigi was a fantastic host and provided us with advice on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the tourist sites. The location was excellent, in the heart of Trastavere, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, and a short walk to the centre of 20 minutes.

This was the perfect hotel for our first trip to Roma. From the start, Luigi kept in contact with us, ensuring we had everything we needed for our check in when we arrived. He's there at the hotel every morning & will help you with any queries you have about Roma. The location is lovely; with recommended local restaurants by the hotel for authentic Italian food. I loved staying just outside the centre, however it was so nice & easy to get into the centre.

The best host Luigi. We had to check out at 10am, but as the room was not booked for the day we were leaving, he let us stay till out departure, till the evening. Luigi was open to guide us and was very friendly. Many thanks to him. The location was great, in the center of Trastevere, but also in a quiet part, so the we were not disturbed at night. The room was nice and there was a cleaning service every day.

Location- was amazing, 15-20 minutes walk to every main sightseeing. Trastevere famous restaurants nearby. Very quiet place and safe neighborhood Host- Luigi is very friendly and helpful person. Room- Clean, quiet, a lot space

Shower space would be better if there was more space. Also bathrooms water noises in room.

They recommend booking directly through their own website, if you consider staying at wrh Trastevere, please do it! Everything was really great, also the silent hours so that you can really rest :)

The location was excellent. Nearby the busy nightlife of Trastevere, yet at the same time restful and quiet during nighttime. I’m rather difficult with respect to noise at night and this was just perfect for me. Good value for money. I stayed for three nights with my teenage daughters and they were very happy as well. Very helpful owner. Very clean. (Please note that the 8/10 I used here reflects the fact that I’m used to fairly expensive hotels when I travel for work. If you take into account the price it’s easily a 9/10).

Great location, in the heart of Trastevere. The hosts Luigi & Aziyade were wonderful, very helpful with suggestions on where to eat and where to go.

There was nothing that I didn't like. It is for independent travelers and it doesn't include breakfast, but the rooms are large and comfortable and the hosts are perfect.

It was really easy to walk to a lot of places. Some walks were long but we enjoyed them. It was safe comfortable place to stay..

You could hear people in next room talking and opening and closing doors. I’m sure it’s due to being an older building.

I can't imagine a more perfect base for visiting Rome. We loved the location which is in a charming part of the city but easy walking distance to major sites. The room was very spacious and clean with high ceilings, a huge bathroom, and a closet area to store luggage out of your way. Great shower. Luigi has a car and took us to the airport at the standard price which was so convenient. Hosts are helpful and easy to communicate with, just be sure to tell them your arrival and departure times because it isn't staffed like a traditional hotel. Would definitely recommend for excellent value in a fantastic location.

The location is fantastic, as we love Trastevere and it's also very close to central Rome. Luigi is a very helpful and very accommodating host who waited for us after an evening flight. He gave us really good recommendations on how to travel to places, as well as tips for places to eat and drink nearby. The room was very big. The air conditioning was very good.

It being a small hotel with all the room doors opening straight into the main reception, we could hear other people's conversations and we supposed other people could hear ours. But on the other hand, this happened because it's a small hotel and we had all the advantages of staying in a small business where everything felt more personal.
