A lady (I believe her name was Vilma) who helped us checking in was super friendly and welcoming! The facility itself was a little bit outdated (which I don't mind as it was a great deal compared to other expensive hotels) but she truly made us absolutely enjoy staying the hotel. We encountered other staff next morning and he was a little bit rude (maybe due to language differences ? ) but it didn't bother us. Shout out to Vilma who absolutely made our trip wonderful!

We had a wonderful 4-night stay in June 2026 at Hotel Rosili. The rooms were clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the balcony offered gorgeous views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. There’s a well-equipped shared kitchen and cozy common rooms, which gave it a friendly, relaxed vibe — like a hybrid between a hotel and a hostel in the best way possible. The owner made our stay truly special. He’s incredibly warm, thoughtful, and took personal care of each guest. He shared great local advice every day, especially for our biking plans. Location is excellent — just a short walk from Interlaken West station, and there's plenty of parking available. Check-in and check-out were effortless. A perfect choice for couples, families, or solo travelers looking for value, comfort, and heartwarming hospitality in Interlaken.

We are a family of 3 members ( kid) recently stayed at Rossli for 6 nights and we were very pleased with our experience. This hotel offers a solid option with a good balance of comfort, convenience, and value. The Room: The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. While not overly luxurious, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. This is a family run hotel, and we felt we are ones among them.We encountered consistently friendly and helpful. Check-in process to checkout and breakfast. The conversations during breakfast make you home. Location: The location is conveniently located near public transportation, within walking distance of shops and r estaurants, It was in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall: I would definitely recommend Hotel Rossli to other travelers looking for a reliable and well-priced hotel inInterlaken. We would happily stay here again. Nothing , everything was just perfect

The breakfast had a big range and lots of different fresh fruit everyday. The staff are very friendly, helpful and generous with their knowledge of the area. The kitchen area is fantastic and they clean up your dishes. You can use their washing machine for only 5 francs. The balcony with view of Jungfraujoch is beautiful. Station and shops all nearby. It was very hot but the small fan is adequate at night. Great lift for your luggage. It’s very quiet even though everything is close by. Lovely large lounge area to relax in and a children’s play room too. It’s a great hotel!

I would rather a ceiling fan if no air conditioning is available. One night was very hot and I couldn’t sleep. A top sheet when it’s hot would be helpful.

A lot to like here, beside the splendid view and scenery it's the people there who make the difference. Mr. John Lewis (sorry if I got the name wrong), is an absolute delight. The way he walks in every morning to every guest with a smile for a simple Good Morning is amazing. If this message gets to him - I just want to say Thanks (coz I did checkout early and couldn't meet him) for the amazing hospitality, CD, crayons and beautiful Interlaken poster. The staff at reception was super supportive too. Wilmer was kind enough to let us use the kitchen to cook meals for our 16 month old. Although my checkout was early in morning, before scheduled breakfast hours, the staff helped us to pack some quick breads, jana, nuts and fruits for the way. Running a hotel is one thing but going step afar with such grace to make the guest comfortable is another. We will surely meet again.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at - it truly felt like home away from home. It is family-owned and after my wonderful experience here, I would choose to stay here than at any other chain hotel. Breakfast was delicious with many options - eggs, bacon, meats, cheese, various bread, fruit, many flavors of yogurt, and there was always fresh coffee and tea (shoutout to Ahmed who always made sure guests had fresh coffee / tea / hot chocolate as soon as they walked in for breakfast!). The owner, Jean-Louis would greet guests every morning. The 24/7 lounge with various tea options and coffee and hot water, and very comfortable chairs and sofas, and a TV, were wonderful to relax in after a long day of being out. They have a fridge available for guests to store food in as well. Perfect location - a short walk from Interlaken West but very quiet. It is the cleanest hotel I have ever been in - the rooms were absolutely spotless - I've been in 4-star hotels that were not as clean as this one. My room had a wonderful view of the mountains with a balcony with a chair and table. The rooms are small, exactly as pictured, but very comfortable - the beds were especially clean and comfortable, and I loved coming back to rest after a day out. If there are people walking upstairs you can hear creaking but it only happened in the morning, not overnight. I had the best sleep over the entire week I stayed - I slept with earplugs and it was very quiet, no street noise. The decor, comfortable rooms, cozy lounge, and kind staff are absolutely wonderful and I can't wait to come back.

Hotel Rossli is walking distance from Interlaken West station. There are various good restaurants in vicinity. It is a very safe place to go with family. Staff are extremely polite and nice. They answer all your questions with a big smile. Hotel has a dining room with fridge and coffee machine free of cost to use 24 hours. Every morning you are greeted by Jean-Louis in breakfast area with a broad smile. He is very nice and gentle. He ensures you feel at home instead of hotel stay. Overall a great experience and lots of good memories. Thank you Hotel Rossli and its staff.

Well located, charming. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Staff was amazing and helpful. Near restaurants, groceries and near the train station.

We absolutely loved our time at Rössli. You will hear the bells ringing at night. That did prevent me from sleeping the first nights but it is charming in the end

I travel with my parents. We book a triple room with 2 nights. The room is on second floor with a breathtaking view. It has balcony so you can spend some time on chilling. The room is very spacious with beautiful furniture. We have our own bathroom in this room. Everything is very clean and perfect. The bathroom has hair dryer, towels. They give us some chocolate for welcoming. The room is cleaned daily. The hotel provides us a space to eat with microwave, kettle, free tea and coffee. They also have kitchen utensils such as bowl, spoon, knife. They help to clean the kitchen utensils. The space outside the hotel is also very nice. Take a cup of tea and sit there to see Interlaken - I wish to stay longer. All the staff is very nice and helpful. They even let me borrow umbrella on the rainy day. The location of hotel is also convenient. We take a bus near the hotel (Bus 105 - around 5’ walk) to access Interlaken West hbf. Without bus, we can walk in 10’ to 15’. The view around the hotel is so beautiful (we take a lot of pics). There are coop supermarkets, bakery store, pizza restaurant near the hotel. I highly recommend to stay here.

The hotel was easy to find and really close to Interlaken west station, really short walk to the hotel and lots of nice views. My room although on the top floor had a really small window, I enjoyed the mountain view. The staff were really welcoming and took good care of our needs. The lounge has good facility eg plates, cutlery for making own snack, coffee machine and kettle to make hot drinks. There’s also a shared fridge and this was really helpful to store some refreshment. Nice breakfast with wide range of food to choose from. The room was so clean, not a single hair on the floor or any dust anywhere.
