A lady (I believe her name was Vilma) who helped us checking in was super friendly and welcoming! The facility itself was a little bit outdated (which I don't mind as it was a great deal compared to other expensive hotels) but she truly made us absolutely enjoy staying the hotel. We encountered other staff next morning and he was a little bit rude (maybe due to language differences ? ) but it didn't bother us. Shout out to Vilma who absolutely made our trip wonderful!

We are a family of 3 members ( kid) recently stayed at Rossli for 6 nights and we were very pleased with our experience. This hotel offers a solid option with a good balance of comfort, convenience, and value. The Room: The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. While not overly luxurious, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean, and the shower had good water pressure. This is a family run hotel, and we felt we are ones among them.We encountered consistently friendly and helpful. Check-in process to checkout and breakfast. The conversations during breakfast make you home. Location: The location is conveniently located near public transportation, within walking distance of shops and r estaurants, It was in a quiet neighborhood, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall: I would definitely recommend Hotel Rossli to other travelers looking for a reliable and well-priced hotel inInterlaken. We would happily stay here again. Nothing , everything was just perfect

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at - it truly felt like home away from home. It is family-owned and after my wonderful experience here, I would choose to stay here than at any other chain hotel. Breakfast was delicious with many options - eggs, bacon, meats, cheese, various bread, fruit, many flavors of yogurt, and there was always fresh coffee and tea (shoutout to Ahmed who always made sure guests had fresh coffee / tea / hot chocolate as soon as they walked in for breakfast!). The owner, Jean-Louis would greet guests every morning. The 24/7 lounge with various tea options and coffee and hot water, and very comfortable chairs and sofas, and a TV, were wonderful to relax in after a long day of being out. They have a fridge available for guests to store food in as well. Perfect location - a short walk from Interlaken West but very quiet. It is the cleanest hotel I have ever been in - the rooms were absolutely spotless - I've been in 4-star hotels that were not as clean as this one. My room had a wonderful view of the mountains with a balcony with a chair and table. The rooms are small, exactly as pictured, but very comfortable - the beds were especially clean and comfortable, and I loved coming back to rest after a day out. If there are people walking upstairs you can hear creaking but it only happened in the morning, not overnight. I had the best sleep over the entire week I stayed - I slept with earplugs and it was very quiet, no street noise. The decor, comfortable rooms, cozy lounge, and kind staff are absolutely wonderful and I can't wait to come back.

Well located, charming. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Staff was amazing and helpful. Near restaurants, groceries and near the train station.

We absolutely loved our time at Rössli. You will hear the bells ringing at night. That did prevent me from sleeping the first nights but it is charming in the end

I travel with my parents. We book a triple room with 2 nights. The room is on second floor with a breathtaking view. It has balcony so you can spend some time on chilling. The room is very spacious with beautiful furniture. We have our own bathroom in this room. Everything is very clean and perfect. The bathroom has hair dryer, towels. They give us some chocolate for welcoming. The room is cleaned daily. The hotel provides us a space to eat with microwave, kettle, free tea and coffee. They also have kitchen utensils such as bowl, spoon, knife. They help to clean the kitchen utensils. The space outside the hotel is also very nice. Take a cup of tea and sit there to see Interlaken - I wish to stay longer. All the staff is very nice and helpful. They even let me borrow umbrella on the rainy day. The location of hotel is also convenient. We take a bus near the hotel (Bus 105 - around 5’ walk) to access Interlaken West hbf. Without bus, we can walk in 10’ to 15’. The view around the hotel is so beautiful (we take a lot of pics). There are coop supermarkets, bakery store, pizza restaurant near the hotel. I highly recommend to stay here.

This was my fifth visit to the hotel over 22 years. Rossli shows what's good about family run hotels. Together with their staff who follow their example great attention and friendliness tingled with humour are shown. You can see how fellow guests enjoy their stay. The location in Unterseen is a particularly charming part of Interlaken. The Amirat family have been running this hotel for approaching half a century now and can be very proud of their achievement in this excellent hotel. God willing I shall be back.

The hotel was easy to find and really close to Interlaken west station, really short walk to the hotel and lots of nice views. My room although on the top floor had a really small window, I enjoyed the mountain view. The staff were really welcoming and took good care of our needs. The lounge has good facility eg plates, cutlery for making own snack, coffee machine and kettle to make hot drinks. There’s also a shared fridge and this was really helpful to store some refreshment. Nice breakfast with wide range of food to choose from. The room was so clean, not a single hair on the floor or any dust anywhere.

By far one of the best services I’ve had in a hotel. Comfortable, warm rooms, wide spaces to be explored and extremely friendly and polite staff in reception. Breakfast was always varied, we had scrambled eggs and bacon on request! The hotel itself has perfect Mountain View’s and is located in such a quiet and peaceful area which is 5 mins from the station, supermarkets and shops. Sir Jean Louis was an excellent host, spoke many languages, was very caring and knowledgeable of all things Swiss! He even gave us a few USB sticks with his Swiss research. I’ll definitely be returning to enjoy the summer. Thank you to all hotel Rössli staff !!!

Good location. It's a 5 minute walk from interlaken west train station, so you can get to wherever it is you want to go very easily. There are plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. And there is a wide range of brochures in the reception area if you're looking for somewhere to go. Good breakfast. There's a lot of variety available for breakfast ranging from eggs & bacon to cereal, fruit & nuts and plenty of bread. You can just help yourself from the counter. Great way to set yourself up for a day of travelling. Friendly staff. John Louis gave me a DVD on the last day of my trip with a slifeshow of pictures from across switzerland throughout the seasons. Good inspiration for future trips.

Jean Pierre and all his staff from front desk, break servers and housekeeping were exceptional. Breakfast each morning with any Coffey type served at table side. Jean Pierre would greet you at breakfast and after making sure everything went well. The front desk crew would help us with day tripping tips and bus, train routes. Location just off the main center square but still 3 min walk to fine restaurants and co op store. Our stay with them will be a lasting memory and will hope to return someday.
