I like the size of the room I booked the 40m2 room, the location is good, the outdoor pool looked nice

When I booked my room, I booked and paid for the rate that included breakfast, but when I checked in, they said it didn't include breakfast. I found exactly the same room and rate on Booking.com with breakfast included but they still refused me breakfast and that was for a 5 day stay. The gym only has cardio equipment no free weights or resistance training machines, so I won't really call it a gym, it's just 2 treadmills, a bike and an elliptical. The outdoor pool was closed all 5 days due to rain outside.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful at the lobby for check-in and general questions. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were always ready to bring us what we needed. The hotel restaurant staff were also friendly. The entire staff went above and beyond to help the guests during our stay over a couple of typhoon days when the whole city was shutdown. Great location for convenience, near the MRT, or short walks.

The pool was closed for use even though it was supposed to be open.

SPA was small and one had to instruct heating of sauna in advance ....sometimes it was hot and sometimes only mild. Somewhat a bit boring neighborhood....interesting night spots are taxi ride away

Convenient to a few MRT station. There is also a 7-11 nearby less than 1 minute walk. Staff members here are generally friendly. Rooms are quite big and comfortable. Eco-environment hotel.

Very good location. Just 5 minutes walk from Daan Park MRT station. Spacious well-equipped room. Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. The Jewish community center and Beth Habad is just around the corner. Less than 3 minutes walk.

A little renovation could be helpful. Some of the staff members don’t speak English.

Good hotel nice rooms and facilities

The staff at the spa/sauna room were nice but sort of needed a push to get up and explain things. Also no towels on my second attempt. I let them know and they simply said they ran out...You go to the steam room, sauna have a shower and can't really dry yourself and no real effort was made to rectify that, in a 5 star hotel.

The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also had plenty of facilities which was great for staycation or relaxing after a full day. The breakfast was okay as well.

The style of the hotel was a bit dated.

Very good hotel ... 1km walk to nearest MRT station . Nothing much nearby . Really a business persons hotel. Room was superb. English speaking with staff a difficulty . 17USD for breakfast which for me. was not a good idea as I always eat only coffee and toast.

Location was fantastic, near the park and close to shops and the train station on a great line for getting around. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Arrived late at night but check in went smoothly. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Pool was closed for maintenance. Air conditioning was not so good. Room got hot and stuffy during the day.
