Good location close to the convention centre, its also handy when getting the Dublin Express 784 in as the bus stops right outside the hotel.

The door to the room is hollow but also connected to a fire safety latch so they slam shut on their own. This means that no only do you get a lot of corridor noise coming through the door, but you also get to hear slamming doors throughout the night. (we literally had to put up with someone going between rooms every 30 minutes from 11pm till 4am). Rooms are turned over from 7am, so if you don't put a do not disturb sign or put the bolt on your door you will have someone walk in on you.

It's very convenient for transit on the TFI (Transport for Ireland) network. You can take Dublin Express from Dublin Airport directly to this hotel (20 minute ride from the airport). Also, you can take Dublin Express back to the Airport from the hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful during checking in and out of the hotel. Breakfast was fresh and there was always room to eat. The gym was available for immediate use plus a locker room to change into gym clothes and/or bathing suit for the nearby indoor swimming pool. Wi-Fi connection was reliable and you can grab a bite to eat from a variety of restaurants and/or bars within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance. Finally, you can take a ride to Downtown Dublin using the 60, G1, G2 buses or the Red Line light rail nearby.

Couldn't get my requested side for breakfast. I did ask for extras for my breakfast but I never got it. Also, I wish I could get coffee myself without requesting from the hotel staff. The other thing was that spotting the elevator was a bit tricky since it was blocked by a divider.

The breakfast was over the top wonderful! Stacey, who managed the breakfast, was incredibly professional and nice. The breakfast experience was exceptional. (We didn’t want breakfast every day so we just ordered it the evenings before the days we wanted it.) The beds were super comfortable and the shower was amazing. The room was spotless. We stayed for 5 days and on some of the days the weather was cold and rainy so we opted to just go downstairs and eat dinner. So delicious! We didn’t use the exercise room or pool but we went down to see it. It was nice. And people we met in the elevator said the Sauna was great. This is not in the congested heart of Dublin where Trinity college/Dublin Castle/Grafton Street is but you can walk to Trinity college in 15 minutes. We did that walk quite often. The front desk service was consistently excellent. Bianca at the front desk was wonderful.

Honestly there wasn’t a negative, but to be fair to those reading this, and there’s nothing to be done about it, the weekend was noisy and loud voices like a party could be heard from the ground through our fourth floor window keeping us awake and the room doors are very noisy and really loud when you hear they open and shut in the hallway if you’re trying to sleep. I would stay here again though because everything else was great!

The whole hotel was in great condition. The rooms were well proportioned very immaculate with contemporary still and had everything needed for our stay. Breakfast in the Pantry was delicious with a very good selection of both hot and cold food. The Asian restaurant food in the hotel was also delicious. Staff in all areas of the hotel were very pleasant and helpful from reception check in and help with travel queries to the bar staff, Asian restaurant staff and hotel cleaners. The hotel location on the banks of the River Liffey was perfect for us to be outside the main crowds but in walking distance of all main areas. The tram was an added bonus just behind the hotel to get to further destinations, e.g. the Guinness location. We didn't have time to use the hotel Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub or Spa, but did visit the area which looked excellent.

It’s a beautiful hotel fab decor , gorgeous bedrooms with spacious bathrooms

So this hotel is situated near the 3 arena where we attended a concert . When we got back to the packed hotel after the concert it was virtually impossible to get a drink at the bar the staff were totally incompetent not a clue no idea how to serve customers. As a person who ran a business for years I cannot understand why the hotel wasn’t more prepared for a crowd to decent after a concert. I’m certain this happens regularly!! Another issue I have is €248 for just the bed PLUS €100 deposit… absolutely no need for that !! That’s my complaint

Really good location, nice decor. The staff were really friendly. Nice to use the pool and spa even though it was full of children left to their own devices, parents not to be seen. Good that we could leave all our baggage at reception, breakfast was absolutely beautiful.

Our room had tiny blood spots on one of the beds, over the pillow, sheet. The shower was freezing so we had to calm reception to check it, 1.5 hours later we had to move rooms on a separate floor away from our friends. We had to cancel my friends 40th birthday food reservation as we were so late. We were given 2 free drinks for the inconvenience which I don’t think was adequate. The room 205 also smelt very strongly of weed. Jose who helped sort all of troubles was absolutely amazing and ran around trying to sort it and I can’t fault the staff.

Venue was close to 3 Arena and Connolly station which was perfect for us. It was about a 15 minute walk to the shopping and bar area. Hotel staff were very helpful and upgraded us to a balcony room. Hotel very clean, beds comfortable, room spacious, coffee and tea facilities. We didn't stay for breakfast but there's a Café Nero beside it. Lovely clean location situated in the docklands area, there are a handful of restaurants close by and a Spar but they all close early.

Liked everything about the hotel, ideally I'd have liked more bars and restaurants in the area that opened a bit later.

My friend and I arrived at the hotel at 11am due to our flight times. We asked to leave our bags at the hotel while we explored the city and to our surprise the lady at the desk gave us our room. This was one of the highlights and very appreciated as check in time is usually 4pm and it was great to have a room this early. We were then able to use the spa early. The hotel is in a great location - a very quiet area on the weekends as it’s the business district, but only a short 15 min walk to the centre of Dublin where the shops are. Also only a 10 min walk to Connolly station.

We didn’t get provided with robes or slippers in our room for the spa so we had to ring to get these. Although they brought them straight away.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and updated. Loved having room service come and give us clean towels and new coffee and cookies daily. Restaurant says you have to book in advance and we did not do this and still were able to eat there. Restaurant was delicious. Great views and close to restaurants and coffee shops.

Elevators didn’t work super well- not a big deal although we were on 7th floor. Shower tiles were falling apart a bit. A bit of a walk to city center area but not too terrible. A bit pricey but worth it for the comfort.

Great location - the Dublin Airport Express is literally across the street (drop off) and a block away (pick up); it's the second stop. The red line tram is behind the hotel and will take you to Heuston train station (points south), and less than 10 min walk to the train at Connolly station (points north). You can never get lost because the hotel is right on the river! Room was nicer than some Marriott's I stay in for business travel in the States! Espresso maching with daily biscuit and bottled water refreshed. Very modern, and comfortable bed and linens, very clean. Large flat screen tv and plenty of mirrors. Nice toiletries from Rituals. I did not take a room with river view or balcony, and it was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful in storing my bag upon arrival and check out, and booking me a taxi for dinner out. I did not eat at the hotel- there are a few coffee options on the plaza next to the hotel, if you want to save money on breakfast - but I did have a drink and the bartenders were friendly.

The location is not in the central hub of Dublin but a nice walk along the river. Also accessible by tram, but I'm not certain that would save any time.
