Wonderful Stay I had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Rome, close to the Spanish Steps, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shops, and just a 7-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain. The room was spotlessly clean, and the host was very attentive to every detail. For arrivals outside reception hours, there is a very easy and well-organized self check-in process. The place felt safe, and the bed was very comfortable. It would be a lovely touch to have a feather pillow available. The reception staff were polite, professional, and very welcoming. I would like to note that the small fridge in the room made a vibrating noise at night, which led me to unplug it. There was also some noise from other guests late at night, which of course was not the host’s fault, but it would have been nice if they had respected the quiet hours. Overall, it was a delightful stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality.

My Suites Piazza di Spagna is a hidden gem in Rome near Spagna metro, Spanish steps, Roma. The suites are fantastic, location is good, rooms are big and clean and toilet is superb, clean. There is coffee machine, the host Jessi is fantastic.. allowed early check in .. the 2nd Host (cant recollect her name) is also very good. This close to spagna metro station has day time reception, luggage can be stored after checkout, the place has good vibes, good priced place... thats why hidden gem If you are getting this at decent price please take this as its worth every penny spent.

Absolutely fantastic location - right next to the Spanish Steps and underground station making it easy to get around Rome. The room was spacious and clean with all the desired facilities. The air con was great too - a must for August heat in Rome. Jessy was the perfect host - always responsive and helpful on WhatsApp. I could not fault this place and would recommend it to everyone visiting Rome.

Once we figured out where the location was , it was great . Very convenient to the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain .

The fact that the property is located in a restricted driving zone made it very difficult with luggage and the Uber would not even pickup in front of the building . So if you have your own car , expect a hard time . If you take a train it’s not too far from the station .

The location is the best thing about this place. It’s right next to the Spanish Steps. From here you can easily walk everywhere. The rates are obviously higher. In the end, you’re paying for the location. You end up avoiding taxis, public transport and you can easily walk everywhere from here. Also it felt really safe at night as there is police around and also tourists, even late at night. The place was clean and I recommend it for the location.

The room is small - it looked a bit more spacious in the photos. It gets a bit noisy in the morning.

Location was perfect. Literally few steps away from the Spanish steps. You can not get a better location at this price. Street and square view from the room was nice too. The staff was very sweet at the reception and extremely helpful as well as responsive. Bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable too.

Room size could be bigger. A limit on daily coffees/teas and water. No freezer for ice.

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is in the old town, but you can't hear a lot of noise in the room. The room is clean, there is everything you need. We are also very grateful to the apartment owners, who were very understanding when we were robbed. Even asked several times if everything is okay with us. We did not receive any complaint about the lost apartment key. Thank you and good luck to you.

Loved the location. Close to a little bakery on the way to the Spanish steps that is a must visit. Must have the queens cake. The room was very comfortable. The shower was crazy fun! Trying to figure it out was fun and then once figured out the shower was amazing. Very nice front desk staff. His name was Gianluca and was generous with his time and his kindness. He explained all the keys we would need to get in and out on our own, when he was not there. Kept our luggage for us while we explored after check out. Amazing place

WE can't think of a thing that we didn't like. This was a great place to land after a long flight from the USA and some very tired feet.
