The bustop is just adjacent to the building which makes it so accessible to the tourist sites. We always found direct buses. The staff are friendly and willing to help.
This is not their fault. But because I was visiting from a country that prioritises convenience, I found it weird that there were no elevators. I had to carry 3 heavy boxes up 2 floors with steep stairs. I almost broke my back!😄 But as I've noticed, it's a very normal thing In the UK

Very good location, close to the underground and close to the Finchley & Frognal stop of the A6 coach service from Stansted Airport. If you come by car, parking appears to be available around the location. Check-in was very easy, at the pub, super friendly staff! I had the triple room, which is pretty big. I didn't notice any noise from the pub. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower is good with plenty of hot water. There's a fridge and a coffee/tea station. One thing which might be an issue if you're there with 3 people is that the seating is limited, there's one chair, so two people will always have to sit on their beds. This is an excellent place if you want to explore the city and have a quiet place to sleep at, for solo travellers or a family with one kid. The pub downstairs has plenty of food options, and there's a lot of restaurants on Kilburn High Street, at just 5 minutes walking distance. Traveling into the city is easy, public transport is close by, but there's also plenty of things to see in the neighbourhood. I'm definitely putting this place on my list for any future travels to London.

Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and towels provided. Bottles of water and cans of pop in the fridge. Deluxe room suited our needs for our one night stay. Staff friendly. Good location to Wembley stadium.
Check in was a little late and this meant we had to rush to get our uber to get to a concert. We did request an earlier check in time but the owners never got back to us. Also being woken up at 5am to a fire alarm because someone decided to they would have a cigarette in their room. When I booked it stated breakfast was included with a deluxe room, however staff stated this was not the case and we had to pay for breakfast on top.

We didn't have breakfast included, but we tried a breakfast, a lunch and a dinner: the food is good, not of excellent quality, but honest and fine. Maybe the staff was a bit slow and was not really interested in us, even if there was not many people. However, I would say it's ok. We liked the building and the room, which was nice, even if at the second floor and the staircase has very thiny steps. We appreciated the fridge and the 2 little bottles of waters and coke which were inside, and the little water boiler with tè and caffe powder.
The position for our needs was fine, but if you have to go to London for work consider that it takes 30 to 50 min. by metro or bus to get downtown. This time there were some works going on on the Jubilee line, so we had to use the bus and it took 50 min. to be at Marble Arch. A bit more customer care would have been appreciated: nobody asked if we were fine, and we had to ask for refurbishing the coffee stand (we stayed 3 nights). The biggest issue was that the water pressure of the shower is very low and it doesnt' allow to make a really comfortable shower, even if we appreciate the presence of shampoo and shower gel.

I rarely give 10 out of 10, but this is the case. I returned from a business trip early in the morning and the administrator gave me an opportunity to check-in earlier so I could take a shower and rest a bit after the plane, before I went for an event. The reason why I chose that hotel is that the next day I had a train ticket from London Euston Station and I predicted great weather, so I decided that I will go for a long walk and visit The Stables Market. As for the room it is huge, high sealing, nice bathroom, air conditioner and fridge.
There was only one slight disadvantage, the hotel is located on top of the pub and there was a concert that day, so it was a bit noisy, but everything stopped before midnight.

The staff are very friendly - the person booking us in asked if my parents are ok with stairs and changed the room to one on a lower floor as their knees aren't great. There is a fridge with complimentary soft drinks. I liked that the towels were different colours/designs so we know who used which. Very comfortable beds and feather duvet. The food is amazing- Dad had rabbit which he loved. The beef bourguinon was tender and flavourful. The shared mixed grill had lots of meat and grilled vegetables. Full cooked breakfast is value for money and there are a variety of other options. Eddie behind the bar was warm and welcoming. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable and well-located. Two different tube stations (12 min walk) plus two overground stations, a bus stop across the street with a bus that takes you straight to Oxford Street - easy access to everywhere. There isn’t a front desk, but the pub staff were ready to help. Even though the pub has karaoke and live music at some nights, we couldn’t hear much from the room (second floor)! We didn’t have the breakfast, but the food from the menu was delicious.
Nothing major, really. The bathroom is quite small and the shower could be more powerful, but it didn’t spoil our stay. For those with mobility issues, bear in mind that some of the rooms are on the second floor (4 flights of stairs) and there are no lifts.

The room was immaculate, really spacious and tastefully decorated simply but very functional and brand new. The lady who checked us in was really friendly and gave us a great induction (she even let us pick which floor we'd be on to be conscious of the noise from the bar). We were really impressed overall!
The only thing missing was a full length mirror! Having to take turns to use the bathroom mirror and not being able to see the full outfit was a bit annoying but not the worst. The only other slightly dissapointing thing was the food in the pub downstairs- my parents food looked and tasted amazing, they had a steak and a burger but we ordered the nachos which were just under a tenner and were well below average, which was a shame.

Excellent bathroom, better than at many hotels. Comfortable bed. Extra blanket was appreciated. Room has a fridge and kettle, cups and glasses which was really nice. You can get to the overground in around 10 minutes and the underground in 15 or the 98 bus goes right into the centre or past various other tube stations. Staff were helpful and efficient.
We understand that it is a working pub and were prepared for noise from the bar but it would be something people should be aware of. I booked two nights consecutively but at separate times and asked for confirmation that we would be in the same room both nights but didn't get a response. Otherwise staff were helpful and efficient.

Lovely big room, very clean and nicely decorated. Can't hear the pub at all from the top floor. Tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff and easy check in. Looked like some nice live music mid-week and the pub had a cozy atmosphere. Came to get a break from my noisy house - it was very comfortable and quiet and I didn't want to leave
Room a little cold when I arrived - heated up some when I turned the radiator up and whacked on the extra bed linen. Also no blackout blinds and the curtains don't cover the window - luckily I had a sleep mask.
