Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were always friendly and helpful providing directions and assistance to make my stay more enjoyable. I like that someone was available when I left at 3am to provide a final receipt. I also like the security they have where (after hours) you have to use your room key to open the door.

I was traveling for work and often work after hours from my hotel room. For this reason, wifi is critical for me. The wifi wasn't the best and my connection seemed to drop more than I would have liked. Other than that, stay was exceptional.

I was travelling alone as a woman and had to arrive late and leave early in the morning. The man at the reception desk made me feel very safe. I really appreciated that my room was on the first floor and not far from reception.

A shuttle option to and from the airport would have been appreciated. I’d have paid extra for that

Not far from the airport. Clean, very comfortable, wide choice for some breakfast. The booking.com website showed there to be no parking but a shuttle bus to the airport. There is a bus but there is also plenty of parking.

A very reasonably priced room. Everything was clean and smelled fresh. The air conditioner worked well. I have stayed here several times in the past, and while I certainly wouldn't call the hotel 'luxurious,' we have always had a clean room and a quiet experience. The staff has always been pleasant, and the location is easily accessible from the Interstate. I will stay here again.

The host or front desk person was great. Very accommodating. He made the stay! I would definitely stay there again. The facility was clean and the staff was very friendly. Parking was free and adequate.

Older facilty needs updating, but the price was right. Very clean. Everything was in working order.

Location, staff and room

Breakfast was very limited and lacked anything other than a waffle. Toast only had one jam (ie - no peanut butter or cheese products). We stayed 5 nights and after 1st breakfast we just had coffee. Coffee was average. Hot tub was down for last 2 days.

The staff was nice and helpful!! We had to return our car at noon, and they were able to get us an early check-in at 1! It was wonderful. We were close to the airport, which was perfect since we had a 6am flight. Decent room and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

Wish there were more vending machines, but it wasn't a big deal. We walked across the street to convince store. No fridge or microwave

Everything it was a good hotel and also the Commendation was wonderful I will be coming back.

I would have given a 10 out of 10 but I gave it a 9 out of 10. The only reason why I gave it a 9 hour 10 was because the AC sounded like it was kind of messed up however it did warm up and everything was good but it kept making a sound. My room number was 217 I recommend that someone goes in there and take a look at the AC see if it's good but I think that it needs to be fixed other than that it was a good experience.

I booked with you because online it said you had a shuttle service to the airport. No shuttle service. 😔 I even emailed you about the shuttle service, it turns out it must've been the 3rd party booking site that I communicated with. I had to pay for a taxi to the airport.

The room was very large, the beds were comfy. Very clean. The pop machines actually worked. That's a huge plus. Most vending machines don't work or you lose money or they are sold out of products. These vending machines were awesome!

There wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room. I guess I've been lucky in every other motel/hotel I've stayed at. I guess it's something I will make sure I get from now on.
