The location was ideal for the central train station with a direct link to Pisa Airport using the Pisa mover shuttle. I could have got a train to Florence and lots more places very easily. Very close to the bus station and half hour bus to the marina of Pisa. Lovely marina and stony beach with plenty of pizzerias and gelaterias close by. Sunday morning was the huge flea Market, handmade items and bargain clothes for the summer. Very pleasant half hour walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and hotel staff was excellent in pointing out a very good route to reach. Nice continental breakfast with staff very generous and accommodating. I arrived early for check in and was able to leave my luggage, get changed, use the bathroom, charge my phone and use WiFi. Hotel staff are lovely and friendly. Helped me with finding out about theatre and calling box office when I couldn't understand website. Very safe, room cleaned everyday and ideal for solo traveller. English speaking so I never felt I couldn't understand enough Italian.

I wish I could have been offered to use the coffee machine for tea coffee in the daytime or evening. Not just the breakfast. It was not possible for night staff.

Super location, easy to access from Pisamover (shuttle to airport), super breakfast and exceptional price for the high quality provided. Very walkable, 15 minutes walking to the river, less than half an hour towards the Tower of Pisa and all the monuments in the surrounding areas.

The hotel itself is very good, and the rooms are also quite nice. However, the bathroom space is very limited (I guess a bit difficult for people with mobility issues). The room was small (not an issue) but the shower space was very small, and the toilet access a bit limited.

The hotel is just 2 minutes away from the train station but still very close to the city centre. I got a single room which was clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was generlly good, with a good choice of food. The price of the room was adequate to the service provided and lower than anything else in the area.

The bathroom was maybe a little small, expecially the shower. Although this was a minimal problem, there was only one power outlet in the room, which means I couldn't plug in a laptop and my phone at the same time.

Staff was wonderfull,asisting in every way we asked for.Lokacion was perfect,walking distance to all we wanted to see.Room was cleaned on daily bases.

Shower didn't work properly,room was very small and breakfast was kind of poor.One day was without eggs and guests had to ask for additinal food when run out before end of breakfast.

Clean fresh sheets, bed made up daily, fresh towels daily, cleaned daily. Location is great within walking distance to all of Pisa. Breakfast offered a good range of continental options.

The rooms could do with a little tlc, the shower head was broken in our room, there was some sealant missing, some dead squished mosquito remnants on the walls and net curtains, needs just someone to look at the finer details.

Great location and value for money. I have stayed here 3 times now and it’s a great base whilst in Pisa.

Walls are thin and you can hear other guests. Depending on which rooms you are staying in the bathrooms are very small.

The property was simple and clean. In a great location near the train station and 5 minutes from the main walk strip to walk down to the attractions.

Was a little tight in the room. The fire door alarm went off randomly at night and woke us up too.

The location. It is near to the main railway station and bus station too. The staff is excellent.

I loved the location if you take the trains to pisa, it was a 20 minute walk from the leaning tower, you got a beautiful walk when you leave the hotel and explore

The floors were a little scratched in the room and water went everywhere when you took a shower in the bathroom

Overall it was good. Breakast poor. AC adjusted at 27 degrees ,so it was still too hot during the night.
