The hotel is situated in really great location in the city center. The room was small but enough for one person. It had all the basic amenities from cupboard with cloth hangers and a separate cloth rack to towels and washing liquids in the bathroom. Room was clean, but in the hallway some small trash was here and there.

The building is old, so there is no elevator, however this was informed when booking the hotel. The outlook of the hotel and the room is a bit worn down, but the cleanliness itself was good.

We loved the private room, heated, comfortable, clean and just what we were looking for, just to rest. The rooms are a bit old, but with the necessary equipment, we loved the buffet breakfast full of delicious food, we will definitely return in the future! The staff was very friendly, the reception, breakfast and the housekeeping.

Fabulous location, situated at 10 minutes walk from Köln Hbf ( Central Station ). Comfy bed and Room neat.

Probably the Receptionist who welcomed me and other guests was a bit stressed yesterday or nervous for some personal reason. But his behaviour unfortunately didn't follow the standard that a Receptionist / Welcomer could keep in front of some clients. Thanks anyway for everything.

Location very central When i checked in. I remembered that I went to this hotel last 2018 . That time the customer service was horrible.  However this time I really changed my mind because the experience was different. The receptionist Mr. Alan was very helpful smilying all the time . Location was great, breakfast was varied - a good start to the day. Room was tired but we expected this after reading some of the reviews, but was clean with a very comfortable bed, although pillows could be better. Tomas who met us in reception on Friday night when we arrived was very helpful and informative, lovely member of staff, as were all the breakfast staff.

I'm sorry to have to say, but we encountered 2 or 3 other reception staff who were rude and dismissive and really made us feel like they couldn't be bothered with us. On another note, it would be nice to have the facility to get a hot drink downstairs in the breakfast room during the day after coming in from the cold.

This is a very nice hotel with a great locatation on a central but quiet street. Had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back in the future. Vielen Dank!

The bathroom was a bit old and dirty, the only bad thing really… A bit of improvement would make a great difference.

It is in an excellent location. Approximately 10 minutes from the central station and literally 1-2 minutes from the city center. I did not have to use public transportation to travel around the city and enjoyed every moment! Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful and made me feel safe and welcome. It is a great deal for the price and the location!

It may seem a little bit older, however, it really did not affect the quality of my stay. Also it would be nice to change the mattress as it felt a bit uncomfortable.

Room is for one person only but it has all the facilities and was better than hostel. The location of the hotel is superb, good proximity to the Cologne Cathedral and Train station. Cafes, Decathlon, Grocery Shop, etc. are all nearby to the Hotel.

The Room was way too small , only fits for single person and the view wasn't good enough.

Very central location, walking distance from the Cathedral and old town. Loads of shops nearby for every need. Good breakfast with lots of choices

Room was a bit small with bed placed by the window (needed to climb on bed to open/close it). The tables and seats for breakfast seem a bit too low in the area by the back entrance.

The place was good, I was able to walk everywhere from the hotel.

One day somebody was smoking inside the hotel. I smell this in my bathroom and also in my room (less strong, but still...). Also to open the window I had to climb on my bed.
