Great location for our railway journeys and a trip on Thunersee, in a pleasant residential neighbourhood and convenient for supermarket shopping. Self-catering facilities were basic but adequate for our needs and the beds were very comfy. The chocolates were much appreciated!

The living area was a little dark - a reading light would be helpful.

This hotel was right in the middle of the residential area in Interlaken and is very closely located to Interlaken West train station (not OST). There are a good number of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping options at a very close distance. The room was fantastic and the location was so peaceful and serene. The owner Ms. Veronica has been extremely helpful and made us very comfortable. We had a wonderful stay here.

The lack of an escalator is an inconvenience as carrying the heavy bags up is not an easy task. Apart from that rest is all good.

Everything felt like being at home. A warm welcome from the great lady in the hotel's reception, which brought updates on weather & nearby places. room view was great too with mountain view. Its very private place (only a few rooms) Location is awesome. 5mins walk from Interlaken West Station & central shops road. Highly recommended. will come again. thank you.

Veronika gave us a friendly heart-warming Swiss Welcome and shared helpful information about where to venture out to and how to get there based on our Swiss Travel Pass and the available grocery stores etc! We enjoyed the convenience of the location, comfort, cleanliness and cosiness of the place. There was a microwave and beverage making facility in our room , so we could enjoy a heat up dinner when we didn’t want to go out after a few busy, active tourist days. There are also laundry facilities on the premises. Any requests were welcomed.

We booked the Economy One Bedroom Apartment and were pleasantly surprised with how large the bed was. We could've tossed and turned and barely reached each other! Very clean, comfy room, very quiet, had plenty of storage space, complimentary chocolate, and the en-suite bathroom was a very good size too, along with excellent shower pressure. Short walk to the train station and bus terminal. Communication with Veronica and Patrick was very quick and kind; upon checking in at reception, Veronica gave us maps and leaflets with advice on what routes to use and how to avoid the rush of skiers, and Patrick gave us some conversion socket plugs to borrow for free.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The accommodation was perfect — clean, cozy, and with stunning views — but what truly made our experience unforgettable was our amazing host Feronica. From the moment we arrived, she were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. What stood out the most was how thoughtful and knowledgeable she was, constantly offering the best suggestions — whether it was hidden gems to explore, local restaurants to try, or tips for making the most of our time in the area. Thanks to her advice, we discovered places we never would have found on our own. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely kind and helpful. If you’re looking for a stay that combines comfort with heartfelt hospitality, this is the place to be. We can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was great, it was clean and will equipped , I like the location where you can reach the city center in few steps . also big supermarket is nearby (Migros) . Hotel has a free parking, Free wifi. Big thank to the owner Ms Veronica for her hospitality and assistance.

I understand earlier that the hotel is not offering daily cleaning, but they change the towels daily and remove the garbage bags.

There was excellent customer service and lovely people at the place. We didn’t have many plans initially in Interlaken but the lady at the reception was amazing and very polite, she let us know what we could do and how we could best plan it! The property itself was also amazing, very clean, all the dishes and equipment provided were exceptionally neat, the apartment was also very clean. Overall, it made our stay at the hotel and Switzerland wonderful! Thank you!

Nothing bad at all! Only thing is there is no coffee with the coffee maker so it would be even more amazing if there was some coffee for coffee lovers. Thank you!

Everything was excellent 👌 it’s beautiful with all the modern facilities.. the host was very sweet and very helpful.. she was so friendly …. It’s nearby to station and all other stores, restaurants etc.. we would definitely come back .. even though an apartment they had daily house keeping.. it was great 😊

Nothing I can say as such .. yet in future if they could plan an elevator to the top most floor just to carry luggage’s.. as the top floor rooms are the most beautiful ones with balconies to breathtaking views .. that little comfort will be an advantage to the people travel with heavy luggage’s.. otherwise everything was sooo beautiful and well organised.. a must visit and stay ..

Loved this place! :D Room: They provided a microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge! Bed was comfy and the size was good for two people. The toilet seems quite new and we had a small balcony. Love that they have USB charging ports at the headboard so we could charge our phones without an adapter. Staff: Very friendly staff at the counter! She kindly explained the main attractions in the area. Location: Seems quite central. We could walk to the main street where there were many shops and supermarkets. Others: We paid CHF15 for access to the laundry room (includes washing machine, dryer, detergent) and we have access for 24 hours. Parking is free on-site

No lift so you'll have to lug your luggage up the stairs
