the location was amazing. my partner and I were working/studying abroad - the space is not enough if you both have calls. however as the location was so central and convenient, we were able to go to different cafes and work spaces, such as the OBA public library that Paulo kindly recommended the best part about the property was Paulo. He really made the stay - such an attentive, thoughtful and accommodating person. Breakfast upstairs each day was such a lovely experience for my partner and I, we miss the vibes already! Couldn’t recommend the property more.

I cannot help but gush about B&B Keizers Canal. Paulo met us when we got there. We immediately felt at home. He took care of us as if we were close family. Our room was very cozy and clean. Paulo made an effort to freshen up our room every day with clean towels and a general clean up. Very special. Breakfast was the highlight of our day. Paulo would meet us every morning with the most delicious cup of coffee and fabulous breakfast. Such a lovely and gracious host. We look forward to returning one day.

Seriously? You think there was something we did not like?

Everything was good, The location is very good and near the trams. The rooms are comfy and cosy. The host made us breakfast at the time we requested and was there to prepare some more stuff if we needed it.

The only thing I can say is the balcony is slightly humit as it is a semibasement and above is the house's balcony (but the rooms are well ventilated so no humidity inside). But you already know that as the description of the place is very accurate. So, if you read the description carefully you won't be dissappointed.

Everything was perfect, from the arrival information, being able to arrive earlier to store the luggage; Paulo was amazing, so helpful and friendly; the rooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable; excellent location for all the sights in Amsterdam; and the breakfast was delicious and generous. We really enjoyed our stay, it was excellent, thank you!

The stairs to the subterranean apartment are steep, but we were forewarned and expected that. We therefore arrived with minimal luggage, so all worked out well.

This place is awesome because of the host and location. Paulo is the kindest most helpful host we have had at a B&B. The breakfast was delicious and he is great company. The location is very close to a tram stop and is walk-able to the Dam Square area as well as the museums. Easy access to Metro as well. The room was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

The only minor drawback was the stairs. Paulo took care of our luggage so it was no big deal to us.

Pablo was an excellent host and provided a generous and delicious breakfast. His location which is a short walk from the Rembrandt Plaza very convenient. The room was underground but had a window; it was quiet at night in this neighborhood of late night establishments and other conveniences such as tram, buses, grocery store, etc within a short walking distance.

A small refrigerator but I believe I could of used his upstairs kitchen frigerator for some small items had I of needed.

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous! Immaculate room, super quiet. great facilities. I couldn't ask for more. My new favourite place to stay in Amsterdam. Wonderful breakfast and the best possible host.

Absolutely nothing. I have no complaints whatsoever. The rooms are in the basement (there are skylights), and there are stairs - this may be an issue for others but no issue for me. In fact being in a basement probably assisted with the room being so quiet.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spotlessly clean and the atmosphere was wonderfully calm, which made it the perfect place to relax after exploring Amsterdam. Its peaceful ambiance really added to my enjoyment of the city. If you’re looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Amsterdam, I highly recommend this place

Paolo is an awesome host. Room was clean, breakfast was perfect. Location is nice, just 10 mins with tram. Even there is no view, I did not care as I used room just for sleeping. Bathroom was new and clean. Room was warm, heater was working fine. Thank you pal 👍🏼

The location was wonderful, the apartment pristine and efficient, breakfast was lovely, and host Paolo was so kind and friendly. Yes, the stairs are narrow and steep, as are all canal house stairs, but Paolo helpfully carried our bags down to the unit for us, as well as back up at the conclusion of our stay. He also helped us secure a taxi to the train station.
