The room was amazingly roomy - a true apartment complete with washing machine, dryer and small dishwasher. The kitchenette had all I wanted. The outlook was great from my own private balcony. Staff were amazing! Exceptionally high quality customer service.

The blackout roller blind in the bedroom was frayed on one side and almost got stuck. Reported to management who took note and will replace it. Only one gate into the carpark was working. Roads around the motel are a nightmare in peak hour traffic so need to allow plenty of time if driving.

The hotel was clean, and the room was serviced daily, which I did not expect for a two night stay. The highlight of our stay was a small but well equipped gym that is available 24/7. I found all the staff members to be super helpful with any inquiry. The room we had was very quiet, had a surprisingly well equipped kitchen, a good shower, and a very comfy bed.

We travelled by public transport, and the location was not the easiest to find for us when we first arrived. However, the taxi and food delivery drivers had no issues finding us. The booking site I used mentioned that the hotel offered a breakfast option. However, that is not the case. We did find super convenient cafes nearby within walking distance, so that was not an issue for us in the end.

Proximity to public transport (we did not have a car, but bus stop is walking distance from the hotel). Quiet. Good hot water. Comfy bed.

Being locked out of our room for approx 20+ mins when we returned around 9.45pm after a long day out. (The keycard wouldn't unlock the door. Eventually a very helpful staff member arrived to reprogram the card). The sign on the road needs to be bigger, and better illuminated at night, especially as the hotel is hidden away in an industrial/warehousing complex. The fridge door wouldn't close due to the build up of ice. Rectified on reporting.

Nice room with all the kitchen and laundry equipment needed for a self-contained room. Gym facility was nice to have on hand. Staff were exceptional - misplaced my key card after hours and staff were available to let me in and provide another set after hours. Bubbler wasn't working in the gym - staff provided complimentary bottle of water as courtesy.

Location is a 2km walk from nearest grocery store. Mildly inconvenient if you don't have a car and not eating out for all meals.

Good rooms and very good staffs which include front office and house keeping. Very supportive and polite staff. Clean rooms with good facilities.

There is no restaurant nearby. We have to plan it such a way that cooking is done at room.

The room was well furnished , with a great little meals prep area. the shower and toilet facilities were in clean and well stocked condition. Bed was comfy and a great internet connection. Close to a shopping complex and the facilities I wished to use.

If i had one negative it would be that the dish rack would leave water all over the counter unless you placed the tea towel under it. however this left you with nothing to dry the dishes with. Simple solution a second tea towel available.

The room was clean and tidy. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Access and car parking was easy.

There weren't many utensils e.g. frying pan. I only had a pot but that wasn't a major issue. The design in the hallways and exterior could use some brightening up but that's obviously an expensive task.

Staff were very helpful and communicated well with me even before I arrived. Location was convenient for my needs.

The bathroom could have been a little cleaner. The a/c wasn't working. There were some small flashing lights around the room that made me feel uncomfortable, I think these should be explained. Especially the red light next to the TV (I put clothing over it, in case it was a micro camera)

Close to the metro station, rooms have full facilities, I was upgraded to a two bedroom suite which made the stay quite comfortable. The lovely ladies working at reception offered some of the best down to earth service I’ve come across, they’re brilliant at their jobs. Having free parking and a gym are big plus’s as well.

Slightly dated but it’s still very comfortable, beds have firm mattresses.

Our stay was made great by the truly fantastic staff. They made us feel so welcome and it was not like we were staying at a hotel but more with friends. We came to Sydney from the UK and the team gave us so much help in where to visit, how to get around and little insights only a local would know! The check in process was easy, and every day our rooms were cleaned to a high standard.
