Spa facilities were great and the lady at the desk was very helpful.

The two single beds set up as a double bed. Made it quite uncomfortable to sleep on with a partner.

The hotel is really a good value for money. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful so a big thank you to that. The location is not that close to city center but you have a bus stop 1-2 minutes walk away from the hotel that will take you to the metro station and in about 25-30 minutes all together you will reach the city center. The parking lot is quite big and it is in a back yard wich makes you feel your car is safe. Breakfast was also very good.

Maybe the rooms could do with a bit of restoration on the walls, as when tourist come into the rooms, due to lack of attention, they leave some marks (maybe with their luggage) on the walls. But this is a small thing that can be easily overlooked.

Good Location, with parking Clean Food (even if we arrived after 21:00, there was nobody in restaurant, we have been professionally served with food) The breakfast was simple, but good, decent and tasty. The perfect customer care of the morning shift girl that have been in the reception at checkout. Such a perfect customer care that put a smile on my face. Comfortable room with balcony Location: since I don't know Budapest and I was by car, I found it accessible and within 10 minutes driving from the spots that I was interested about. There is also a bus station within couple of metres from the hotel.

I liked everything, but since I work in hospitality, I'd improve some things (my stay was not affected). I'll tell them if I will be asked in a message about it.

It was great to have access the wellness amenities: sauna, infra sauna, large jacuzzi tub steam and salt rooms. The staff were super helpful and courteous. The food was delicious, the room was very comfortable. We loved the balcony of the room with nice garden view. The air condition worked properly, and the lights in the room were really perfect with many setting. Housekeeping was great.

Only minor issues. The room furniture needs little resurfacing. The isolation in the shower cabin needs replacement ( was leaking to the floor a little bit). The breakfast should have full selection until the end of the breakfast time, but everything I asked for was provided in couple of minutes. The gym is small, only a treadmill and a bicycle, no weights.

The hotel has a secure and spacious parking lot, which was crucial for our decision. The rooms are pleasantly decorated and spacious. Breakfast is perfect for a day or two. There are good connections to the city center, both by metro and bus. Use the BudapestGo app. We recommend it.

At the beginning, we missed having a city center map at the reception. The afternoon/evening receptionist gave us a general (and unhelpful) explanation of where the metro and bus stations are. Once we found the BudapestGo app online, we were all set. The morning breakfast is relatively plentiful if you arrive early enough; later on, they don't replenish it. The cleaner took the glasses from our room and didn't return them, and there was no soap in the bathroom. In the morning, planes land over the hotel, which is noisy if you have the balcony door open.

Excellent location not too far from the city centre, good value for money. The closed parking space is awesome if you travel by car.

Just two small things, they are in no way deal breakers, more like annoyances. 1. I don't appreciate that at breakfast the juice glasses are only a very small bit bigger than a glass used for shots. I know everyone is trying to save on costs but it's ridiculous to offer only those small glasses. 2. It's annoying that the TV starts every time you enter the room.

It was the most pleasant experience ever lived in a hotel. The rooms are very clean, arranged, with a pleasant ambience,; respectful, educated and very friendly staff. The Hungarian-specific restaurant (within the hotel), is truly worthy of all possible praise. Safe parking in the hotel yard, the hotel's position is very close to the City-center, especially with the "Budapest Go" app, where you can buy group tickets for 2-5 people for 24 hours, with HUF 5000, about €12-13, and you can visit anything with transport public. The hotel has a stunning garden, also it has a pleasant and comfortable terrace and a playground for the little ones. So, as a result, the price/quality ratio of the hotel, also reaches the highest marks; I for one, have become an active fan of this hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel, both for its position in a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, and for the impeccable services in all areas related to hoteliers / HoReCa. Thank you for your commitment. It was a true pleasure.

Hospitality of the staff, good breakfast, the spa was free and very appreciated at the end of the day (open 17:00-22:00), the room is big, very clean, parking for free secure with video surveillance, big open terrace and restaurant. Bus no 74 takes 20 minutes to the city center (traffic included). This hotel is saved in my list!

A water dispenser or tea in the spa area would be nice

This is our third time staying here. This time we stayed several nights to visit Budapest. The comfort is more than excellent, even more so for three stars. Polite staff. Tasty and quite varied breakfast. The related restaurant it must be rated as 10+. We highly recommend. The quality-price ratio is admirable. No more than 20 minutes walk to subway and 30 minues to Zoo. Garfield the mutt is a beautiful apparition for children and beyond.

Nothing to mention.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and there is a free parking option in the yard, which was a big plus for us. We thought the breakfast was a bit poor, with not much of a selection, but we really enjoyed our lunch in the hotel restaurant.

The location is not the greatest, but it's perfect for a 1-2 night stay. The breakfast selection was limited, but the lunch at the hotel restaurant was enjoyable.
