Lovely, clean hotel in a convenient location (2 min walk from tube that goes everywhere). The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with so much high quality food to choose from. The door staff and cleaners were super friendly, and we enjoyed going to the indoor swimming pool.

The hotel charges 100 euros a night as a deposit upon arrival which I think is excessive and isn't needed (a card could just be taken for authorisation instead). The room service and on-site restaurants/bars were also extremely expensive - it would be better for the hotel to match local prices to draw guests in when meals are much cheaper in town.

This was the best service at the reception that could be. We got a great room with an upgrade with exactly the same view as in the photo on booking.com. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive. The hotel has a great pool, awesome breakfast and a wonderful restaurant. The hotel is located 20 minutes by taxi from the center, but this is not a problem at all, since Bolt is quite cheap, on average it will cost you only 5-6 euros, and there is a free shuttle from the hotel. The rooms are very quiet with excellent soundproofing, ventilation and air conditioning.

The sauna is paid, only the swimming pool is free.

The gentleman who checked us in (I wish I remembered his name!) was incredibly professional and friendly—truly a reflection of the high standards this hotel upholds. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, they surprised us with free breakfast. And let me tell you, that breakfast? A dream. The buffet was incredible—delicious coffee, fresh fruits, pastries, and a spread that could turn even the grumpiest morning person into a breakfast enthusiast. Beyond that, every single staff member—from concierge to housekeeping—was warm, welcoming, and on top of their game. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests. Now, let’s talk about the details that really stole our hearts: • Room service? Impeccable. • Bathrobes and towels? Luxurious. • The slippers? Oh. My. God. These were not just any slippers. We’re talking the fluffiest, softest, most cloud-like slippers we’ve ever put on our feet.

Top property. Clean and big rooms. Staff all v friendly - always ready to help. Buffet breakfast is super nice with wide spread of dishes. We went to the Japanese restaurant on 2 occasions - and totally loved it ! It’s a must. Also check-in took literally 5 mins - uber quick. Check- out was similar. In terms of quality of service - starting from the always smiling (and welcoming) doormen to the reception staff and the restaurant staff - this place is second to none - just 5-star quality all around. Also the in-door swimming pool is v clean and well maintained. We wud happily go back again. Thank you team Corinthia for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable !

Location and the view from the rooms / swimming pool isn’t that pretty ! But then again this place is bang in the middle of the airport and city centre…. We just ended taking uber / shuttle to go to the city which took 10-20 mins depending on time of the day.

My stay at Corinthia Lisbon was exceptional, and that is largely thanks to Maria, the Duty Manager, whose warmth, professionalism, and thoughtfulness made all the difference. From the moment I arrived, she was always available and ensured everything was handled seamlessly, making my stay effortless and stress-free. I had a few specific requests, including an early breakfast before my half marathon and a spa booking, and Maria was incredibly accommodating, making sure everything was arranged smoothly. But what truly made my stay stand out were the unexpected thoughtful touches that went beyond standard hospitality. While I was at the spa, Maria arranged a beautiful surprise in my room - a selection of sweets, fresh fruit, and a personalized welcome message that even included a few words in Greek, making me feel instantly at home. Her kindness didn’t stop there. Before I left, knowing that I didn’t have time to try the famous Pastel de Nata, she arranged for some to be placed in a box as a parting gift - an incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflects her attention to detail and genuine care for guests. Maria is not just an exceptional professional but also someone who truly elevates the guest experience through small but meaningful moments that stay with you long after checkout. Beyond Maria’s efforts, the entire hotel team was fantastic - attentive, efficient, and friendly. The spa was the perfect post-race retreat, and the service throughout my stay was flawless. We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed it . We had dinner at The Soul restaurant on the night of our arrival ,without knowing what to expect . The dancers/acrobats were incredible and added a bit of sparkle to an already amazing dining experience . It is best to book restaurants in advance - I think we just got lucky with availability. The staff were helpful and very attentive. The breakfast spread was exceptional but it does tend to get busy like most hotels after 9ish . The room was a good size. It was my birthday on one of the days we were there. I did not tell the hotel but I had a wonderful little surprise left in the room when we were out during the day . They must’ve got my birthday from the booking details but it was such a thoughtful touch and what makes a luxury hotel stand out - I’ll put a picture in the review . Overall a fantastic experience and we would love to come back again !

It isn’t in the centre of Lisbon but I knew of this when booking the property- so not much of an issue really for me . You can get into town easily with Uber or there is an hourly shuttle service from the hotel .

Rooms were clean, with reasonable size, Room service and reception staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel had all amenities a standard 5 star hotel needs to have. Restaurant and bar options with great quality food and service in the hotel for those days you don’t feel like going out but still want a decent meal at a restaurant with nice atmosphere and good vibes.

Restaurant (breakfast) floor crew weren't as professional as the rest of the team. Hotel wasn't super close to city centre, though the free shuttle service to and from city centre every hour or so made up for it.

Staff were excellent, Alan at the door in particular but all door staff were very friendly and eager to help. Rooms were always clean, turndown service was a lovely touch and so nice to come back to. Rooms were very nicely decorated, spacious enough with nice little amenities in the room, beds were very large and very comfortable. The complimentary shuttle to the city centre was another great addition but the metro is only a couple of minutes walk too so although it is out of the main centre it's very easy to get to the centre from the hotel. Pool and sun terrace were also lovely, always kept tidy.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the interior design, the service and the facilities and the staff were all perfect. They could not have been better. The stay was absolutely lovely the room was very very comfortable and all staff we dealt with were amazing.

If you want to stay close to the city and the attractions, this hotel is about a 20 minute drive away and so you’d need to travel. However there are restaurants on site, and there is room service, a spa and a pool so there is plenty to do on site. It is absolutely worth the drive into the city.

This hotel is about 15-25minutes minibus ride outside of downtown Lisbon. It is right next to Sete Rios station, which gets you to Sintra in ~40mins and Cascais (we didn't go, but don't think it is too far). There is a park nearby if you like to run (a bit hilly) and a Lidl for any snacks or supplies (we have a two year old - this is essential). The hotel has a great pool, spa, and three restaurants. Two of these restaurants have beautiful outside seating areas. The hotel provided a lovely cot for our daughter. We loved the food in all three restaurants and the service was absolutely outstanding. All the staff went out of their way to help, especially with a difficult two year old to please. My favourite was soul garden, but Erva with the portuguese food was really delicious and Olivea had some great, very tasty staples too. We didn't have to book for these. There were high chairs. They were all on the slightly expensive side but there were a range of options within that. The pool was beautiful, quite warm, and could be accessed via the spa. You can use the spa changing rooms but the spa team weren't always super clear about that. The connection into Lisbon was really easy. The minibus goes in on the hour and back on the half hour. It is clean, comfortable, has AC, seatbelts etc. It runs from 9 til 5. It drps you at Restauradores, near Rossio railway station. We were always back by then for toddler dinnertime but you can get the train back from Rossio or an uber if you are out late. We loved the free room water (small bottles), the size of the room, the rainfall shower. The room makeup/turndown/little chocolates, the fizz for my husband's birthday and the way each member of staff made our daughter feel special. A really lovely hotel, thank you.

There was little we didn't like. The service at breakfast was poor - the staff were different, possibly agency or new but we waited over 20 minutes to be offered tea or coffee and at breakfast that is a basic essential. Everything else about breakfast was good though. The spa showers flooded very easily, which was stressful. The lifts were mildly irritating. Sometimes it was quite a wait for one to arrive.
